These things can be made to look real by just this type of behaviour.....which blinds folk from actually looking at real facts like the many that have been posted but just to summarise...

TEPs cant be traded new

Insurance plans of this type need at least 7 years before they have a value

The cost of a new plan would be more than the guarenteed element

It would take 100s of staff to process these plans

The total sum assured equals $20b in a secured fund that has to invest using capital adeqaucy rules, in secret....(that is so funny all the office are laughing as I write)...some one has just given me this link to AIG 2005 results to put this in perspective AIG Issues 2005 Annual Report; Net Income for Year was $10.48B

All banks and insurance companies have to follow rules and guidlines regarding these types of schemes

The bank and insurance company involved would have to break the law.

Just simple facts folks....

You have got to be kidding. Let's see, they "disqualify" 15,000 people, but only a couple of thousand are getting refunds. Can you say "salt the mine?" Of course they will refund a couple of thousand to give them the air of legitimacy. They want testimonials they are real. I never said they wouldn't refund some money, but you can bet your britches they won't refund more than they think they need to keep the scam going.

Let's put this in another perspective for you. Take the top 10 Insurance companies in the world and add up their net profit. Then compare that to the $20 Billion these 100,000 policies represent, then tell me that this is real. Why the top 10? Because they are the only ones that could even come close to having the necessary staff to handle even half this number. You have no clue how many people an insurance company has to have processing policies to provide the customer service needed for high dollar amount life insurance policies. Berty has stated it would be 28 to 1. In short, 28 people to process 1 policy. Now you want to do the numbers to determine just how many people working for the insurance companies it would take to process 100,000? Pretty simple math, but you do it so you can see for yourself.

This is not a conspiracy theory, but I would bet as close to how they are doing this as you can get without being the people who dreamt up this scheme. And it is a scheme. It is only a matter of time.

One of them just found a rules docket for US single premium endowments life funds which although is US based these rules are pretty much universal

Look at page 16 loans againt policies

Max of 75% of cash value

So if the single premium is $41,000 assuming no charges or commissions paid and the life cover amount known as the sum assured is free..(which would be a truely unique thing) then $41k would give a $30k loan

So in simple terms you pay $41k and get $30k !!

I was refunded 2 days after my request,no problem.They dont seem like a bunch of liars these guys.Why bother make returns when they could have run with money long,long time ago.There is something different guys-wish them success at least they are trying to do something.But i can inderstand nosayers they have been burnt badly and memory is still painfull.Good luck to everybody

Berty. You started a facts thread. Why dont you stick to it instead of breathing heavy on all us poor suckers. You cant save us now, so why bother, we dont need your quips, road maps or anything else. Please take the LynnRE character with you since she, (and I hope it is a she otherwise someone has serious problems), has done nothing but ***** and ridicule fellow members. We dont need either of you thanks so please got somewhere else and pat each others backs.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I am a man. Has been proven on many different forums and threads. Being a little sexist aren't we? I thought this was a discussion forum, not a cheerleader only thread. Guess differing opinions aren't well liked, even when providing facts; especially glaring facts as have been presented. Then of course we all know "facts" were not accepted about another program was it. Guess the old adage is still true, "a fool and his money are soon parted."

I guess you miss the point: I really don't care if you fall for one of these, you invest your entire life savings in these. The purpose is to alert others "before" they do likewise and end up holding the short end of the carrot because they bought the hype not facts. Now that does not mean that I don't feel bad for you if you do, because I do, but that is your business. I would have also thought that a little more due diligence would have been done after the fiasco of other programs you invested in went belly-up that were a sure thing.

Unless the admin's ban me, I appreciate your suggestion, but I will kindly ignore it. What was really funny was I was labeled a conspiracy theorist.

We have among the members, that will "go for it" (I did too, no regrets but hate to see others who cannot afford that DOES...) and thus, it is more about who has the freedom and misuse one's liberty through ignorance as opposed to WHO wishes to save them that has a responsibility to do so...

NO ONE is leaving this FORUM just to please the opposites....no need to, we need pointers, beacons and sane minds that respect opposing views as well, ...and helpful GOOD ones that upholds a clear conscience too!!!

Because i went to sign in 4 people under me,but could not finish the process.There was some problem with the site,however they fixed afterthat.These people are not scammers i am asking again why should they bother refunding.Well maybe they will not pay but no one could say they are scammers.They would have run with money long time ago.Thank you
