if you use your credit card to pay member fee..i take it you have to use safepay ***** is that correct? so you have to fund safepay first. right? thanks to anyone that can assist..

If you pay by cc, they will require you to set up a safepay account in the process of making your payment by cc. You can pay instantly by cc, you don't need to fund you safepay account. Hope that makes sense.
