Would you please copy the press release, in english, giving the full title of the newspaper and the date of publication. This will enable us to verify the story for ourselves.

So far I have been unable to find any mention of Bryan, Sharon or New Mark Business Centres in the Malaysian press reports.

fact you cant get the newspapers webpage must be suspicious.....

For the record,newmark was the support and management offices of the group.

I'd take anything the papers report with a pinch of salt. But I am alarmed that Bryan hasn't posted for a while, that does make me feel 'uneasy'.

Just out of curiosioty, wouldn't this be posted on the banks web site and not just in the paper? It would seem to me that if the investigation is over, then the bank would post it on it's own site first.
I have tried pulling up newspapers from Malaysia and from Kula Kampar and there is not one article.

Why do you make this assumption about an auction? Was an auction mentioned in the article (if there really is an article)? If the bank is indeed finished with its investigation, then maybe this is the time when some kind of newspaper article would appear, but anyway we already know assets are frozen.

With as many people on as many forums looking and watching for a pronouncement of "DOOM" against Pips and/or Bryan, don't you think "real" and "verifiable" news would have been posted all over the internet if this were true? This guy is on an email and money fishing expedition and has asked for monetary help in previous posts. The fact no one can find the actual paper or a valid news website with this article speaks for itself...
