Shill, I was commenting on Adsters comment about the "rebuilding" of PIPS.

From all accounts one has nothing to do with the other (PIPS vs. lottery).

It was meant more as a 'generalisation' in that as much as they're not linked they're all still part of the one empire, Bryan's empire, and in business if several of them under one 'umbrella' are doing well then it tends to have a 'knock on' effect to the other business/businesses under that 'umbrella'.
