Although eGold moved one of their operations offshore, it was not enough as they still had offices in FL, so they were seized too, and I will bet neither will be back, but then again, I live in a fantacy world. LOL

Who will be next? If in the US, one by one, the feds will find a reason to shut them all down, and this has been planned for over a year thay I knew of and never kept much in any of them for that very reason.

You have to be kidding, you honestly think the Secret Service would be involved if not based on suspected issue of terrorist money movement activities? FBI may get involved if wire fraud or interstate fraud was suspected, but Secret Service is another issue entriely, as in national security. Delusional fantasy, no, real world. We'll see who is delusional, but I will put my money on this being just the beginning to have them all shut down, mark my words, this is just the beginning.

I just use Egold Sunday 1-01-06 to make a transaction, so at least for now, they are still business as usual.

Well, personally, it seems to me that if this "raid" was really something bad, then e-gold would not be functioning in its normal manner.

After the raid on Intgold, I went through the usual motions of transferring my few dollars in Intgold to my e-gold account, but the money has never arrived. I take this to be Intgold's problem, and not e-golds...because evidently their raid was a real one. I'm not saying that something "real" did not go on at e-gold, but the proof is in the pudding, right? They are still functioning...and it's been how long now since their raid? A few weeks, at least, right?

but my .2 is that i agree with Pogo when he said there's too much at stake. businesses need this - in some form of e and or generic standard/meeting ground.

but things seem to be getting ugly now. i've more doubts on both pips and gin's (appeal etc) due to all this.
