Thread: Visiting Kuala Lumpur and Beijing...

My brother will be visiting Kuala Lumpur and wanted me to find him a hotel for about $50 a night. I was wondering if any of you, ever decided to visit your investment, and if so ... where you stayed and where all the hot spots are. I'd appreciate any info.

rm50 per night? try swiss inn or puduraya hotel..... cheapest that I know off... but dunno if RM50.

Raffi, being in Malaysia for 6x already for the last 1 and half year ( visiting the office he..he..) i suggest if your brother is not picky try Radius Hotel its right in the middle of the Golden Triangle where all the action happens:) Its very affordable its like 3star hotel the important thing is he will be a walk away from everything (even the metrorail station) and the Hotel is very near LOT10 ( where PIPS fasion boutiques is )

Pips HQ is in Nilai, which is a town out towards the airport from KL. There is a hotel called the Allson Klana, which charges about $52 per night, across the road from "Newmark", where Pips and Picpay offices are located and the bistro and coffee house are just around the corner. Nilai is a bit of a ghost town and with Pips offices etc. closed there won't be much to see. If brother wants to view the admin site, bistro and coffee house, I would suggest a day trip in a cab from KL. Good luck!
