I've had a few PM's recently from people seeking clarification on a few program details. Here are some main points.

1) As I understand, returns are compoundable monthly, not quarterly. After your inital 4 month period, you will have the option to withdraw or rollover any amount of your investment every 3 months, but as I understand this amount will compound monthly. (I have emailed Tom on this point and am awaiting clarification) EDIT: This is a mistake, compounding takes place quarterly (every 3 months) not monthly.

2) The original amount of your EVP will be returned after 12 months in level 2. The original amount of your EBP (earned from referals) will go back to the company after 12 months in level 2. This is no big deal because you will have earned a huge windfall on this amount already, dwarfing the original amount.

3) You DO NOT have to start back at level 1 after your first year in level 2. You will only be in level 1 ONE TIME, after this you will be in level 2 permanently and will be earning 100% per month on your cumulative investment of $5,000 or more, 80% on $1,000 or more, and 70% for between $250 and $1,000.

Question: Why did you start the program before the web site was done and ready?



Answer: We had the opportunity to ACCEPT the PeraAds business now or Let it pass to another company that wanted the program badly. We had first chance at this opportunity and had to act fast or loose this business opportunity all together. We made the decision our members would understand, and the programming has been ongoing from day one. Once you see the finished web site you will be glad we acted quickly and accepted the contract before we were ready.



Question: Why is it taking so long for the web site to be completed:



Answer: This is not just a simple web site. The web site makes thousands of calculations all at the same time. We also added some changes at the last moment that affected everything and some of the specs (Directions for building the Web Site) had to be redone. We are very close to a finished product but I can’t give a date on turning on these new modules. We will build modules as we go the next module to be released will show your money and how much you have made. This will be followed by the module for you to be paid along with the application for your debit card.



Question: When can we buy a debit card?



Answer: We have 3 debit cards to choose from. Each has its advantages and limits. We are in the process of being approved for all of them. This is not a fast process as it used to be. Just last year I picked a debit card bought them and had them in one week. Since Patriot Act 2 every thing has changed. We as a company Techs4Success who will do the payments and must go through complete due diligence to be approved. This takes more time than we ever guessed. We know this business. Patriot Act 2 is a new regulation and being new, the banks are not even sure what they need. They have attorneys changing from time to time what we need to add to be approved. We have everything and are completely compliant. Yes, there are programs out there that do not demand anything except your money. They will be required to fall in line and be compliance at some point. We made the decision early on to follow the rules so the program stands the test of time.



Question: When the 5Th member I have referred upgrades to premium memberships what is the date of my $500 “EBP” Package added to my account?



Answer: The date your “EBP” takes affect and is added to your account, is the date of your 5Th referral upgrading to Premium Membership. Example: Your 5Th member either graduates from the preferred member pool or purchases their package on Dec. 5TH. This will be the date the $500 is added to your account. If you have an “EVP” you purchased already in place, you already have a date set in the programming to Graduate to level 2. This new $500 will be added to your funds and the new amount will move to level 2 when the first “EVP” purchase took place. You only have one account and all of your funds are added to this one account. The clock on your account starts when you purchase your first “EVP” or earn your first “EBP”. We always stress the importance to get the process started as soon as possible. You must get through level one, and to do that you must purchase or earn an “EVP” or “EBP” to have a start date in the programming to place you into level 2 when earned. If you purchase your “EVP” you graduate to level 2 in 4 months. If you earn a bonus “EBP” you graduate to level 2 in 6 months. If you purchase an “EVP and have a $500 bonus “EBP” your “EVP” date is the date that moves all your funds to level 2, but be aware if your “EBP” has started this is your date in the programming. “EBP”s graduate in 6 months to level 2. Even if you add an “EVP” once your “EBP” is in place you are in the 6 month wait period.



Question: First you said the special 4 month graduation date of 4 months to get to level 2 was only a temporary feature and would stop on Dec. 3Rd. Why was this changed and made permanent. Will the program keep changing?



Answer: This change was a good decision and should have been added when we started. PeraAds saw the results of this change and said let’s make this a permanent part of the program. There was another and more important reason we made this permanent and part of the program is because of the programming of the web site. We saved thousands of lines of code with this one simple change. It makes sense from a programming stand point to simplify the program when ever possible. We also feel strongly if you purchase your “EVP” you should receive a bonus for this extra sacrifice you made to grow the program faster. You have no idea what all those extra “EVP” purchases did for our credibility. We have been and always are very conservative when estimating our projections. It is always nice to go above the projections every time. It gives PeraAds credibility you can’t buy and can only earn. All of you who have made this good decision have helped us create this new comfort level with all companies involved. You will also receive the rewards when you go to level 2 in 4 months instead of 6. This change was a win win for all. We have no plans to change anything else but if something comes up to improve the program we will add it.



Question: Will the web site be done when it comes time to pay out in level 2.



Answer: Yes, from everything we see there should be no reason any of you will miss any payments. We are ahead of our schedule is all we will say on this matter. Our credibility is on the line and we will work as hard as it takes to get this done. We also have a back up payment system to turn to if the debit card process has not been approved by the time we are due to pay you. We fully expect to receive the debit cards very soon, but how long it takes to implement the cards into our system we don’t know yet. This is why we have a second plan on hand so everyone will be paid when due. There will only be a few of you we will be late with and those are the few of you that want to be paid in level one. If you are one of them please send us an email to [email protected] and we will find away to pay you. Remember you must have at least $100 due in commissions to be paid in level one. You are paid 10% commissions per month on your “EVP” or “EBP” amount purchased.



Question: Why don’t you give us more information on the web site? I have been burned so many times and you don’t give me enough information to feel comfortable.



Answer: We would be pleased to announce every name of every company we work with because this alone would put your fears to rest. The Financial service company PeraAds is in business, and has a contract with has made it clear they will not allow their name to be released. The companies we are involved with have to be very careful not to violate any laws or draw any unneeded attention to them. Let them do their job to earn us our money and let the results do the disclosers. Names of companies won’t matter once you get paid. You joined us to make money. When payments start fling out our doors none will care who earned them their money. You only need to know it is legal and we explain how it works twice a week on our conference calls. We have room for 200 people on each call if you want information come on the calls and learn how it all works. I can not answer for any other company you joined or money you lost. If you are one of those angry people who are looking to join a company and be mad at us from day one because you are upset from past losses don’t join us PLEASE. We only want positive upbeat winners. Question: I can’t get anyone to answer the phone when I call PeraAds, or get answers to emails.



Answer: We take 500 to 800 calls daily and answer several hundred emails as well. We are suffering a few growing pains. This program was recommended to me by a trustworthy man who knows the CEO personally for over 4 years and vouches for him 100%. The man behind PeraAds owns several other successful businesses, why would he sacrifice all that to run a scam? Almost every program pushed on this forum is, like I mentioned in a different thread, pure BS. I don't work with any program that I don't find to be 100% legitimate from every possible angle. For this reason I am very good at finding the best opportunities and calling them for what they are. PIPS is the only program i've joined or investment i've made that went bad, because I know how to pick them and I never take part in anything i'm not fully confident in. Of course any decision anyone makes is 100% their own choice but I am offering this because it is an extraordinary opportunity and I want to see that as many of my friends here as possible benefit from it.


p.s. PeraAds is currently working on a new website (designed by another company Tom owns) and working to get a debit card in place. This isn't as simple as it might seem as they are making sure that the entire operation is full compliant with PATRIOT Act II. There will be 3 different types of debit card and because one of these has an unlimited daily transaction limit there won't be any reason for any other payment system (though this may be planned, I can't say).

I have joined this at the $50 level,but i have since found out it will take anywhere from 3 months to 6 months for me to get the $250 EVP

If you had perchased within last 72 hrs you can ask for refund. They should honor your reuest provide if it is not crossed 72 hrs since you purchased.
