    Default Ballet classes

My 7 year old daughter currently attends weekly ballet lessons in Westminster. She got a distinction in her pre-school exam and is taking her primary exam soon. She really loves ballet.

Her current class is cheap but I’m not very impressed with it (poor behaviour from other kids, average teacher).

What are the best kids ballet classes in/near Westminster?

My daughter attends ballet twice weekly at the Royal Star Ballet Club near Westminster. Keeping her safe and making sure she's learning in a positive environment is super important to us. Ballet is demanding, so we want to ensure she's protected. I found this great article at https://www.gulfphysio.com/taping-gu...e-dance-floor/ that talks about ways to use tape to avoid injuries to the toes and ankles, which are common in ballet dancers. It suggests using two types of tape: a sticky zinc oxide tape that's tough and stays on for ages and a flexible kinesiology tape that moves with her. I've been using the zinc oxide tape for my daughter because it supports her while dancing.
