Chewy customer service is top tier!
When FedEx continually messed up delivery of my order, Chewy was SO prompt and courteous in working to make sure I received my order no matter what. No questions asked, they immediately issued re-order and apologized for any inconvenience despite the error not being on their behalf. Phone calls to customer service were answered quickly by a polite representative, never an automated response or answering service. Each representative I spoke with asked about my pet and were so friendly. It's not often you leave a customer service experience satisified, but better yet - happier than before you called! So, thank you Chewy for your outstanding customer service and dedication to our pets.
