    Default HVAC Temperature Control

2000 LC. AC and heat work fine. The issues is I either have ice cold or steaming hot air. There is no in between. The temperature control knob, as soon as I turn it warmer than the second indention between 65 and 70 it starts blowing hot air. This is only for the front AC not the rear HVAC.

How much did it cost you approximately to replace the AC amplifier, and where did you order it? The prices are pretty high on those. I want to look at all the possibilities.

Good day to you. I'm glad you found a way to solve the problem. I have a similar situation. And unfortunately I have that very expensive option - a bad "AC amplifier". Getting to it was a little harder than I expected, but that's not the main thing. The most frustrating part is also that I'm not exactly which amp I need to pick up for my Toyota. I turned to an old guy who had recently graduated from HVAC school. He helped me find a good one that was worth the money and install it. Now, the temperature is fine, but the blowing power is not as strong as before. What could be the problem?
By the way, here is a link to these courses - https://www.hvacschools411.com/school-cost/. As far as I know you can learn there even online.
