Hello. In my opinion, the coronavirus has significantly affected the sale and overall property prices. Many people want to get away from the city away from the crowds. The ideal place is a house in the country. Houses outside the city have become very expensive with the appearance of the virus and the introduction of restrictions. But you can still find great deals. Now I want to find a house and lot for sale in the Philippines . I've lived in an apartment all my life, and now I want something new.

I don't think it was affected in a bad way. People started to think about buying bigger houses after the lockdown. Even I recently purchased a home, and now I have the dilemma of choosing a house sign. I need a pretty big one since I live in a new neighborhood that it's not shown on any maps, so even our friends are having a hard time finding my house. I m thinking about ordering one from https://baliandboo.com/collections/house-signs. However, I would appreciate other suggestions as well.
