I received $ 1,100 damage per car due to a rodent gnawing on the wires connected to the engine. This car was parked outside. I've read suggestions for using fox urine or sulfur to repel rodents in the future, but decided to check here to see if anyone has any first-hand experience.
I can't put this particular car in the garage right now since the college students are home and the garages are full. Any thoughts?

The easiest way to understand is to pay attention to sounds. One of the clearest telltale signs that you have rats is the noises they make as they make their way through your walls and pipes. Listen out for scratching and scuffling, especially at night, when they may be more active due to everyone else being out of the way in bed. If you deal with this problem, don't try to deal with it by yourself. Better call a professional company that will disinfect professionally your house. When I had this problem, the guys that disinfected my house, have done their job very well and in just two days.
