Posting exactly as I get it.....with some info obviously edited.....
Confirmation that all settlement statements were completed. *These statements will be sent to the Principals as soon as the Funds have been transferred from the accounts at the 5 transactional banks involved. A Bank Trustee has been assigned to the funds to ensure that the correct amount of funds are distributed to the appropriate accounts. The Trustee is now stating that the funds will be transferred from Tuesday 19-6-12, but the banks determine the speed of the process as well as release guided by the FED as well as the ECB.
As soon as the principals have their money they will start paying the agents and intermediataries as dictated by the FED and ECB.
So..MrT being a principal is basically awaiting the funds to his account then we should be able to pay.
I will keep you up to speed as I get info.

Very soon we will provide more contact details so American people can make another complaint now with American authorities, we are waiting for the answer but until now It looks promising, the investigation will still be leaded by the South African Financial Authority but now reinforced with the American Financial regulator (SEC) on behalf of American citizens scammed by con artist Luke Borg from Cape Town, South Africa. Slow yes, but steady as we go Luke Borg will get what he deserves, stay tuned.
