Thread: The disaster in New Orleans, Louisiana and Missisippi

Please friends. Calm down. Please just help. Donations of actual cash is what is needed now to a trustworthy organization like the Red Cross or Salvation Army. Please specify the funds for the Hurricane Relief efforts. Please don't turn this into a political battle.

'Conspiracy' or not, whatever, the southern part of this country is in need. I do so wish pipsaid would come back up and have a new Hurricane relief lottery.

I guess you missed footage of tons of supplies in cages under lock and key. There has all ready been millions of dollars sent, what is this money doing? not a damn thing for the people in the south, except adding more tragedy on top of tragedy! Not only is this about oil, I just found out that New Orleans is the largest port city in the US and among the largest in the world and is the place where the few things the US does ship out to other countries happened, ex wheat, soy, corn etc. The economy is being manipulated into ruin. get your head out of the sand!

Agree. Nothing is coincidence! Always question who benefits? And you'll get very close to the truth. Weather manipulating, making earthquakes etc. ARE facts, scientifically proven, it's really nothing new and quite "old".

Besides I would avoid all large, known charity organisations. (e.g. Worldvisison, Red Cross, Greenpeace only to name a few) They are not what they act to be. The least money goes to help people in need!! Don't get fooled and spend your hard earned money to criminal crooks in the belief of doing something good. They exactly know how to touch people's hearts, easy earned money.

Jesus commanced the storm to ceace. Man has no technology to do that and probably never will. New Orleans and the Gulf Coast are in a huricane belt that will be hit regularly. this was always going to happen eventually. I grew up in New Orleans. I lived there for 20+ years. Ive been through more hurricanes than I can count. this is the worst, but its no conspiracy.

I think your so right!

The tragic thing is that when help arrives, the low-lifes make it so dangerous for the delivery persons that they can't get in to get the things to the people who so desperately need it. My heart allmost breaks when I see those poor babies in such need.

I understand the frustration and fear that must be hitting these people, but it grieves me that they are bitter toward their rescuers who had zero-zilch-nada to do with their situation. I might be the same way if I were in their situation. There's an old Indian saying that goes like this (paraphrased), "Don't criticize a brother until you've walked 2 (full) moons in his moccasins". So, I'm not being critical. Just wish they could see that they are making their situation worse by fighting their saviors.

Incidentally there is a group called ALERT who are trained to go into disaster areas like this. Pull up their info on the search engine to find more info on them. If I were in a position to contribute, which unfortunately I'm not, I would give to this group. Forget the Red Cross. They're a bunch of vultures and don't even know what a human being is. Even as far back as WW2 the military people who needed help hated to work through the RC. If you want to help, the Salvation Army gives a lot more bang to your buck. Or the group I menationed above on a smaller scale. Just a word of advice.

I have a couple of links I could send you that (might!!!) make you think twice about you just said!! Sure is funny how those dikes broke in places where it would the most damage. Also the damage to these dikes were after the worst part of the storm had hit. Who knows what our government is capable of. Do you remember they sent a man to the moon? Just what are those satellites they sent up capable of? Does magnetics have anything to do with it?
No one can tell me man has no technology to do that!

The truth is always blatant. And the news tells people what the controllers want you to think. Ex, Do not let the news tell you not to turn this into a political thing, it is a political thing.
How hard is it to give someone who has nothing $20/$40 dollars to perpetuate what the news wants us to think. And hide testimony contrary to what the news says. How on earth can rapes happen amidst tons of people!!!??? Media cameras are all over but never there to back up an unbelievable claim, like people shooting at rescuers while they video others with the believable help me signs. Of course it could be the people who are there to rescue actually perpetrating these claims (lets not forget abu ghraib abuse). I found it very peculiar that so little footage came out of the super dome, what is being hidden?
lets create all kinds of reasons to evacuate the city so we can manipulate events to happen and no one around to report on the truth. They have definitely learned a lot of what they need to be very careful of when taking out the WTC. The government and security is there to cover up and sustain the corrupt covert operation in place.

I know many of you have already made donations to the Red Cross and the Salvation Army (or not), but living here in California, after sending in my donation, I just was not satisfied that I had done everything I could. I received an email about an effort coordinated by MoveOn.org to provide emergency housing to those left homeless by this disaster. Go to www.hurricanehousing.org for more information. If you know anyone who lives within 300 miles of the affected areas, email them and let them know about this website. At this site, people who want to help can offer a spare room, bed or couch to those who are in need, and those in need can search for housing offers by zip code. The site has an excellent FAQ section. I hope that you forward this information to everyone you know; you never know who might have family or friends that might be able to help those who have evacuated, but have no local family or friends that can house them.
