Thread: Beware of AJHyip!

I see they advertise their scripts here. Beware of them!
They are located in India, I was told they have nice script.
I bought script plus hosting and lost my money.
Before I ordered script I asked for details about requitements. I told them where I want install script. They said no problem, its fine.
And when I bought script I found I cannot install the script!
Their support is worst I ever met!
Absolutely unable tell you what to do, they say everything is ok and don't hear you cannot use the script. Dumb and blind!
You ask question and must wait one, two days before they will reply anything and if reply their response is sir we found script is working ok here we have no problmes using our script.
Really dumb and blind.
And if it is saturday afternoon support is offline and must wait till monday.
One time I had discussion with tech support and I asked question and I see tech went offline. Office closed and bye. No one word, sorry sir I must quit or something like that.

I found if you aske them more tha one question, they are unable tell you anything because it semms be too much for them. Just it looks they see only one question, one sentence, if you ask too much technical question, forget you wont get any reply.

After two weeks of discussion wit them I said ok I will pay for your hosting, we will install script on your server but main site will remain on previous hosting. I asked many, many times can it be done? Yes.
I paid for hosting and then they said it cannot be done as I said before. I asked I asked you before why you told me ok we can do that/ Of course no reply!!!

Now after few months I have some experience and I know why I was unable install the script.
They are completely unaware of all requirements, they have no knowledge how other hostings works, they have no idea!!!
As support they should know that but it is worst kind of support I ever met.
I know how other hosting services works, some respodn within few hours (I mean support ticket) and always you are receiving very practical davices and solutions.
But not AJhyip. So BEWARE OF THEM! You can lost your money.
Yes their scriopt is very nice but won't works on many hosting providers.
Byt they won't tell you that.
I never met so arrogant and incompetent tech customer service.

Never buy this script, bugs, bugs bugs for 40 days, they say " in 2 days " and they make nothing!
It is an Indian company which sells a lot of software, but make nothing after the sale.
They installed their software and have never tested !
I bought the ACME version and I have bugs from more 40 days I am obliged to remove it !!

N'achetez jamais le script de AJHYIP.com, bugs, bugs et bugs depuis maintenant 40 jours, tous les 2jours, ils disent "dans 2 jours" et ils ne font rien !
c'est une société indienne qui vend beaucoup de logiciels, mais ne font rien après la vente. ils l'ont pourtant installé mais ne l'on jamais testé sur mon emplacement !
j'ai acheté la version ACME et je vais devoir le retirer !!

If you need a script, i am using Neversay script. He is indeed very very helpful. A very few bugs was found, and his support is awsome.

I used it for rchyipgame round 1 that has ended now.
I dont know about ajhyip, but i know GC script is full of backdoors.
Neversay script is as per now, very good, reliable. He encrypts the database for you also. But keep in mind, to be sure, you need to NOT host your game, surf or hyip on a sharehosting server..... Keep it on a dedicated.

Change SSH pass, ip and ports.
There are many other things one can do. I suggest you contact him if you
need a script. Look for neversay banner on the bottom of this forum to the left.

I had a rotten experience with Ajhyip too. I saved all of the emails and back and forth arguing with them for months. I promised to publish all of it because they caused me to much heartache with their complete incompetence.

I found out in the end the it seems that the person trying to help me was not the original developer and the reason it took some long to reply is because they were consulting someone else, not fixing the script detectly.

I never got the chance to run the script and considered the money wasted after begging and begging for a refund. That should not have been a problem since it was encoded and locked to my domain name, but no, they fought hard to keep the money (spent already?).

Beware.
