    ACCOUNT TYPES ON TRADER’S WAY

    Trader’s Way offers a wide choice of account types for every taste, strategy, level of investment, and need: MT4.MICRO., MT4.FIX., MT4.VAR., MT4.ECN. and CT.ECN.

    We encourage all of our clients to learn about CFD trading before risking large sums. Our most convenient account for new traders is the Micro account (MT4.MICRO.). The Micro account allows the trader to test strategies while minimizing risk at the same time. The smallest lot size possible, the so-called Micro lot (1,000 units of base currency), and a minimum transaction volume of only 0.1 of a Micro lot make Micro accounts a perfect learning and teaching tool.

    Those who already have sufficient experience with and knowledge about trading can opt for a Standard account with fixed spreads (MT4.FIX.) or with floating spreads (MT4.VAR.). MT4.FIX. is perfect for trading systems based on constant spread values. MT4.VAR. is more like the professional interbank market where spreads vary every second. No commission is charged with either Standard account. The client can opt for either working with fixed or variable ones depending on their immediate trading requirement.

    For the most experienced and confident traders, Trader’s Way offers direct access to the interbank market for a small commission – ECN trading through the MT4 (MT4.ECN.) and the cTrader (CT.ECN.) platforms. Spreads are quite competitive and tend to zero under proper market conditions. We are focused on the success of our clients, and to this end Trader’s Way offers an unprecedented CashBack for ECN trading, refunding our clients a part of the commission depending on the turnover made over the course of one month. For more information, check out Trader's Way.

    Forex market -101The foreign exchange market (FOREX) is the biggest and the most liquid market in the world with an average daily trading volume of about $4 trillion. In other words, the market is so large that no group or entity can manipulate it. A foreign exchange transaction is one where one currency is bought/sold for another one at a specific rate. This currency pair rate changes every second because of the constantly fluctuating global demand and supply for both currencies of the pair.Here at Trader’s Way, prime online forex and CFD broker, we offer all traders a wide range of currencies for trading. We ensure that our accounts are customized to meet a client’s requirements, allowing them to trade in anything from majors to exotics. Traders can start trading with only a few dollars while enjoying some of the most competitive quotes in the market and accounts that offer both options of both fixed and variable spreads. The minimum transaction is 0.001 of a Standard lot and the trader can choose a leverage ratio of up to 1:500. For more information on the market, accounts and other details, check out Trader’s Way.

    Low Margin

    Here, at Trader’s Way, we provide our clients with some excellent margin trading conditions for all types of accounts. The trader can start trading with a leverage ratio of 1:1, though we do not recommend it. A leverage ratio is just a credit ratio. A margin call may occur quickly even though there are sufficient funds in the account.

    For example:
    A client opts for a leverage ratio of 1:100 and opens a position for 100,000 EUR/USD at the rate of 1.40, The margin would then be 100.000 x 1.40 / 100 = $1400.
    And if the market moves in the opposite direction, the balance will start to approach 0 and the traders position will be closed when the balance reaches the following amount:
    X = Stop-Out level x Margin = 0.1 (10%) x 1400 = 140
    That is, the system will automatically close the traders position when the balance reaches $140 in this case, given the leverage ratio of 1:100.
    And if the client opts for a lower leverage ratio, such as 1:10, then the margin will be 140,000 / 10 = 14,000, and any positions will be closed when the balance reaches the following amount:
    X = Stop-Out Level x Margin = 0.1 (10%) x 14000 = 1400

    So remember, the lower the ratio, the higher the balance amount at which open positions will be automatically closed. That means it is better to choose a higher leverage ratio, but not trade at the maximum level or open positions of large volumes. This will greatly reduce your trading risks. For more information, details check out Trader’s Way.

    Trader’s Way and Commissions

    At Trader’s Way, Online Forex and CFD broker, we provide our clients with some of the most competitive trading conditions. Our trade commissions are very low and apply in different ways. If the trader opts for an account with fixed spreads, our commission is already included in the spread and we do not charge any other fees. The same applies to accounts with a floating spread: our commission is part of the spread as well.

    For accounts with direct access to the Interbank market, the spreads do not include our commission. Instead, we charge a fixed amount for a turnover which is displayed in the history of the account in the "Commission" column. This commission is very small. In addition, we encourage active trading by refunding a portion of our commissions based on monthly results depending on the trade amount. We are the first company in the market to implement a Cash-Back ECN scheme. The more the client trades, the lower the commissions. Trade actively and trade more! For more details, check out Trader’s Way.

    Low Spreads!

    Here at Trader’s Way, technical possibilities and access to liquidity allow us to establish minimum spreads for trading on any account. We understand the needs of our clients and offer accounts with fixed or floating spreads depending on their preference regarding the type of spread.

    Fixed spreads start at 2 pips while floating spreads can be even lower. Floating spreads reflect reality with a higher level of precision, whether the market is fluctuating wildly or not. Such accounts are just one step below professional ECN accounts. Spreads on our ECN accounts are amazingly small. On the most liquid currency pair – EUR/USD – they reach 0 pip! Spreads on metals, stock indexes, commodities also are minimal. For more information, check out Trader’s Way.

    Transparent Prices

    At Trader’s Way, we offer some of the most precise and fastest quotations in the market today. We receive these quotations directly from many sources of liquidity, stock exchanges and brokers. We then process them according to special algorithms to avoid emissions, soldering and other possible technical glitches. Finally, we upload these quotes onto our trading terminal.

    We have great confidence in our system. The accuracy of the prices in our system is so high that traders can open trades using a very high level of precision (we use 5 decimal places for the majority of currency pairs, for example). And in turn, such accuracy allows us to establish spreads of a size smaller than even a pip; this also depends on the liquidity of a given tool. We do not impose any restrictions on traders. All accounts are offered the same trading conditions, even those with minimal deposits. For more information, do check out Trader’s Way.

    Reliability and Safety

    Our trading platform is based on a well-known and widely accepted analytical trading system, MetaTrader 4. Over many years this system has proved to be one of the best and the standard when it comes to trading online. All data and information packages are protected and stored separately.

    In addition, to increase functionality and improve our services, we utilize the best technology from top tech companies, such as Microsoft. We use only mature software products that have passed the test of time and have become industry standards. Nevertheless, our main focus is to provide ultimate security for transactions as well as for our clients’ data.

    Our clients’ funds are kept exclusively in the hands of reliable banks and financial companies. Moreover, we ensure that our clients’ fund is stored separately and we always maintain a positive ratio of assets to liabilities. We follow this strict policy to be able to execute any withdrawal request at any time. More withdrawal time may be necessary, however, for large ECN accounts as those funds are kept partially with our liquidity providers such as Citi Bank, Barclays Bank, Deutsche Bank, UBS. For more information, check out Trader’s Way.

    Advantages of CFD

    A CFD (Contract For Difference – a contract for the difference in price) is an agreement between two parties, typically described as buyer and seller, relating to the value of a particular asset. Under this agreement, the buyer pays the seller, the difference between its current valuation and its value at a given time in the future (at the moment of closing the contract) if the value of the asset decreases. If the value of the asset increases, the seller will pay the buyer. Thus, in a Contract for Difference transaction, the side which correctly predicts the direction of price movement gets a profit.

    A CFD is a derivative financial instrument that allows investors to speculate on asset price movements without the need for ownership of the underlying asset. It simplifies the process of trading considerably without the requirement of ownership of the asset.

    Using CFDs, traders can trade in considerable number of various financial instruments such as currencies, stocks, stock indexes, commodities, raw materials, metals, etc., and, all from a single account. The cost per trade with CFDs is much lower compared to real assets, leverage ratios are greater, the requirements are simpler, and traders can trade in any instruments such as futures, options, SPOT and so forth. As a rule, CFD contracts have a real basis and their price corresponds precisely to the basic asset price. The Profit/Loss under an open contract is recalculated constantly and in real time and is displayed in your trading terminal.

    One important advantage of CFDs is that you can trade in any direction; that is, you can open both long and short positions. For more information, check out Trader’s Way.
