    Raising margin requirements for metals instruments

    Dear clients and partners!
    We would like to inform you that, beginning 6/20/13, at EXNESS the margin requirements for all forex account types will double for metals instruments, i.e. for pairs that include gold and silver (XAU and XAG).

    The following table shows an example of the upcoming change to margin requirements for Mini accounts using the XAUUSDm instrument:


    You will be able to learn more about the new margin requirement values for the indicated instruments in the Contract specifications section of the company's official website.

    Please bear these changes in mind when developing and applying your trading strategies.

    EXNESS video guide

    Dear clients,
    The EXNESS company made a series of informative videos, which contains the answers for the most common questions concerning the work with terminal MetaTrader 4 and Personal Area on the company website.

    EXNESS holds the second photo contest in Facebook

    The contest «Trader's desk» will last from 10 July to 10 August, 2013.

    One of the biggest advantages of trader`s work is the opportunity to organize a special trading desk, which is not limited by the office rules. Each participant of the contest can show, how his room space is arranged for trading.

    To participate in the contest, you should make a photograph of your trading desk and post it on the special contest page. The winner will be defined through voting.

    EXNESS is lowering the margin requirements for ECN accounts

    EXNESS is cutting the margin requirements for ECN accounts in half. This raises the number of trading strategies available to traders because of the increased free margin. With this in mind, EXNESS asks its clients to review the new leverage values given in the table below.

    Now for accounts with less than 200,000 USD, the maximum leverage allowed is 1:200. The maximum leverage size remains the same (1:100) for fund amounts more than 200,000 USD. Thus, the leverage offered by the company is one of the highest for ECN accounts among FOREX brokers in the same category.

    The decision to lower margin requirements on ECN accounts is intended only to create pleasant working conditions for the company's clients.

    You can change your leverage value in the Settings section of your Personal Area.

    EXNESS has launched its second photo contest on Facebook

    The "Trader's Desk" contest will run from July 10 till August 10, 2013. The starting size of the prize fund is 1100 USD.

    Updated Client Agreement

    Dear clients and partners!

    In order to improve our operations and keep our founding legal documents, which govern the business relationships that arise between us and our clients, in line with the company's growth rate, EXNESS regularly makes changes and additions to the Client Agreement and its appendices which are an integral part thereof.

    Updated Client Agreement (public offer) became available for review and acceptance on July 19, 2013.

    The main changes and additions had to do with the following paragraphs of the Client Agreement and its appendices:

    1. Paragraph 9.7 of Client Agreement — removed information about the restriction on the frequency of requests to execute trades, because said restriction has been lifted;
    2. Subparagraph 20.2.b of the General Business Terms, paragraph 7.7 of the Partner Agreement - removed information about share CFDs, because at present the company does not offer trading services for this type of financial instrument;
    3. Chapter 5 of the Partner Agreement: added paragraphs g-k — clarified the introducing broker's obligations with respect to advertising related to EXNESS.

    The updated documents enter into force 15 calendar days from the day of their official publication on the EXNESS website.

    Nine additional client support languages are now available

    The EXNESS team is constantly striving to make its services more available and to more quickly resolve trading issues in order to better support its clients. In July 2013, EXNESS adds multilingual support. Now our clients can receive consultation in nine more languages (in addition to English, Russian, Chinese, and Arabic): Vietnamese, Farsi, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Thai, Bengali, Indonesian, and Malay.

    Expanding the list of languages used by EXNESS client support has allowed many clients to communicate with company employees in their native language, avoiding the difficulty of forming questions in a foreign language and then translating and understanding the answers. This has significantly improved communication between clients and company specialists, and given EXNESS employees time to serve more traders.

    Skrill clients can now get back 1.5% of their deposits to EXNESS trading accounts

    From June 26 to August 18, 2013, EXNESS clients who own a Skrill (Moneybookers) VIP account can get more cash back from deposits made to EXNESS trading accounts. During the promotional period, the cash back award is 1.5% of deposits, compared to the usual 0.2% return.
    For more than three weeks, EXNESS clients who have VIP accounts with the Skrill payment system can receive 7.5 times more in cash back from their deposits made through the system.
    Beginning August 18, 2013, Skrill VIP account holders will still be able to take advantage of cash back of 0.2% of deposits.

    EXNESS offers its clients the TC.TechnicalAnalysis trading indicator from Trading Central, one of the recognized leaders in the field of financial market investment analysis.

    After it is installed in the MetaTrader 4 terminal (on the Windows operating system), the indicator automatically adds support and resistance levels, pivot points, and a concise analytical forecast to a currency pair's chart.
