Thread: Watch it from the start - MY FAPturbo Account

people.. I have been stupid.. Tried something on USDCAD and went hopelessly wrong, now I am down $40 to $442 on my live account.. Trying things on a live account is not a smart thing to do.. jeezzz I am dumb!

After that short note this morning and thinking this very bad day over, I decided today I will go with TadawulFX, I will withdraw what is left from FXDD and deposit $500 to TadawulFX account the coming week. Waiting FXDD to recover will bring me nowhere, bear the loss and deposit $500 in Tadawul will bring in profits much sooner then waiting on FXDD.
I hope Fapturbo is cooperating to change my license over to TadawulFX.

Why my choice for TadawulFX?

1. beside Fapturbo forum I have read many good reviews, they seem to have improved significantly since a few months, bad reviews were due to slow server some time ago and that has changed, new reviews are mostly positive.
2. The IB Go-Forex advises everyday on how to trade, I will follow their advise but will increase LRR settings with 5%, so when they say set LRR EURCHF to 20, I will set to 25.
I will only trade EURCHF
3. No risk in getting server ques with them(resulting in large slippage, requotes and what not), like Alpari suffers at the moment, they do not have many Fapturbo users (yet).
4. Fixed low spread of 3 on all majors in mini account (standard account ($10.000+) has 2)
5. Server is relatively close (Switserland, I live in the Netherlands) with broadband connections, so connection is fast.
6. Deposit and withdrawls quickly ****uted using Paypal.
7. They are registered and regulated in Cyprus, which means they have to comply with the EU regulations.

From the debacle of yesterday I learned NOT to trade eurgbp, the draw downs are way too big OR I should download the FapTurbo 45 pro and adjust the stop loss for eurgbp, because this is rediculous.. I hope they will adjust it in the next standard version.. All wins of the past week are gone in one bad trade with eurgbp. The Alpari demo still looks good.. because I did not trade eurgbp on that one.

This seems like normal Fap Turbo performance to me from what I have seen. This conspiracy that brokers are trying to stop Fap Turbo from making a profit is a bit naive. You will hop from broker to broker balming them for Fap Turbo's bad performance, but in the end are all brokers trying to screw up your little EA? Or perhaps you might sit back and reflect a little and realise that perhaps, just perhaps, Fap Turbo is not really the holy grail they make it out to be.

I never said that brokers trade against FAPturbo users, and I do not believe that eather, but there is definitely a big difference between certain brokers. Alpari is doing great for some, but it is Alpari themselves that have told many of their users that they have problems with processing all these orders initialized by FAPturbo on thousands of computers.

From my ForexMeta account I have learned that FAPturbo works, but that the spreads with this broker prevent it from making decent gains. Note that If I had NOT manual traded and NOT used the USDCAD pair in the beginning I would be at a win of about $50 (If you remove the USDCAD trades, you will see a $37 profit.. but in there are also a few manual loosing trades AND the later wins are made with less money due to the losses the first few days with usdcad, resulting in smaller lots traded.. if you take that into account it would have been a lot better) about 10% in 3 weeks.. not bad with only trading the eurchf, with a spread of 6.

A spread of 3 or 6 makes a huge difference when only scalping 6 to 10 pips per trade. Tadawul uses 3 on all the majors.

Yes I have also seen reports that Tadawul is trading against its customers, but I simply do not believe that, just like you, the IB I am with is quite positive and almost daily involved with Tadawul staff to get things improved for its clients.

Beside that, think about it, there are around 50.000 copies sold of FAPturbo, only a handful is involved in visiting these forums. It would be interesting to see how many refunds Fapturbo is suffering.. I have really no idea.. Most clients, about 99% I think is quiet, how many of them are doing great with FAPT? I have no idea.

I also never said FAPTurbo is the holy grail, but backtesting and the live forward testing shows it has at least great potential. With the right settings and professional advise I am sure it will make me some money... I will not be a millionaire, but if I can add $1000 to $2000 to my monthly income, that would improve my life tremendously, no need to get a loan for a new car, no need to save my jobs vacation bonus for house improvement.. that kinda things.

I might add other EA's as well if I find good ones.

Hi All,

As you must have seen, ForexMeta account (FXDD) has been closed, I have sent Fapturbo support a request to reset my licence. I will open a live account with Tadawul as soon as I have received a message from paypal, my funds are back, and Fapturbo has reset my account.

Yesterday was good for all demo's :-)

Hi All,


For the more visual oriented people here, I have uploaded the MT4 Detailed statements to my home page space, so everybody can see how it goes. Note that these statements are not updated automatically, so expect an update just now and then, because it takes a little effort from my side. I will let you know here when I have updated them.

Note that the Activ trades and tadawulfx graphs look dramatically, that is because the losses of this week were a lot bigger then all the wins I made (that is the risk of setting LRR higher then default in fapturbo), it is also because I have just started, in 2 or 3 months or so these graphs will look a lot different I hope.

I will add the TadawulFX live account later of course, but will do in another post, because the settings will be different so it cannot be compared to these demo accounts. It will be interesting to see if following my IB advisor setting will make a big difference to these fixed settings.

This is a serious thread about forex trading so buzz off with your MLM shit that never works (been there done that).

WARNING for everybody serious in making money: DONT fall for this MLM programs UNLESS you are VERY, VERY good on the phone selling whatever, and willing to work 80 hours a week.. If you are not prepared to do that MLM WILL NEVER WORK!! The days of sending mass emails is over, the days of setting up a website and everything comes in automatically.. OVER.. Emails are never read because they land in spamboxes. There are just TOO many websites and TOO many programs and TOO much worthless shit like below floating around.

You must have seen by now I AM VERY SERIOUS about forex trading, which means TAKING THINGS IN YOUR OWN HANDS, not dependant on sales, not dependant on buying stuff you dont need, No phone calls, nothing!! Just investing a small portion of your money and let it grow systematically using the right tools and knowledge.

Hi All,

My Live account has been opened with Tadawul FX, I have send funds using their simple online Paypal form, If all is well it must show up tomorrow. $500 again.

I am still waiting for Fapturbo to reset my license key. I sent them a screenshot of the daily statement that shows the redemption of my account, but then Fapturbo team asks for some proof that actually shows the payment.. I just sent them a copy of my paypal receipt, I hope that is sufficient... still no reaction on that.

I have signed up with a very kind Introducing broker, who sends out advise on a daily basis how to set up Fapturbo, which pairs to trade and which not. Beside the LRR they alo play around with start/stop time, and also the stop losses are adjusted, to limit the huge drawdowns on eurgbp for instance. They are also busy testing other ea's for us we can use later for free if he thinks they are good.

I will keep you all updated on this one, looking at the demo I think it will be OK
Note that the demo uses quite agressive settings of 20% on eurchf and 10 on eurgbp.. with the new account I probably will also trade usdcad now and then when my IB says it is ok (often it is NOT OK!!) only seeing their advise for a week, GBPCHF has not been traded yet.

I will keep the demo's open so you can see what the value is of the IB's advise. But please follow this for at least a month before drawing any conclusions.

Hi All,

After that trade on eurchf been open for allmost the whole day, in the end it did hit the stop loss and was another big hit in all demo accounts this time, the first stop loss in the Alpari account after the start more then two weeks ago. The Alpari account only trades the eurchf, but is till now the only one with a clear profit. Also the MB trading account is in profit, but was more due to being lucky then Fapturbo trading properly.

The good news is that that the losses of yesterday allmost have been reovered by a very good trading day yesterday, and till now today allso looks good.

Sometimes MB trading seems to work very good like yesterday, it had the most trades of all accounts below, and all were also winning trades, but today the eurchf saw a huge spoke downwards whcih must be a glitch in the system, so Fapt sees that as volotile market and stops trading, while the other accounts place the one trade after the other.

Active trades keeps on mising trades due to spreads peaking above the minimum of 5, I am glad i did not join them.
