Update: Im currently in a long trade on EURCHF after breaching the resistance and trendline.
On EURJPY the price bounced from the channel's bottom and Im also long there with nice 97pips open profit :)

i found this hypotesis about why EU be more strong, maybe can give information :)

In recent years, US real money investors have aggressively diversified out of USD assets. Most of the rest of the world have also been reducing their financial ‘home bias’ by diversifying out of their own domestic asset markets. However, European investment funds (IFs) have diversified more within the Eurozone than outside the Eurozone, i.e., they diversified out of their own countries but into other EMU member countries, and not out of the Eurozone. The EUR, therefore, should be strong if everyone else in the world is diversifying while the Europeans are not.

E/J is spinning on it's resistance from March 27th. It is probably on it's decision point: it could go up or down. Therefore I would buy it above 161.70 or sell it below 160.45.

No I didnt hear anything yet. Did you?

Looking ahead, main focus will be on FOMC meeting minutes for the Mar 18 meeting. Markets have scaled back the bets on another 50 bps cut from the Fed. Markets are now pricing only around 15% probability of a 50bps cut on Apr 29-30 meeting even though there is full probability of a 25bps cut. The minutes will again be heavily scrutinized for adjusting the expectations. Other data include Canadian housing starts and US pending home sales.

So, i think this would be important news for market movement (interest rates announcement).

Keep an eye about G /U:
if G/U breakthrough 1.9807, it will UP UP UP ...

hmm.. USD is weakens at this time.

I'm short on both GJ and UJ at the present time...
