    Easy-Forex is also below the $5million minimum net capital rules that came into force on 21st December. Their days with NFA and perhaps as a company are numbered.

    u mean to be certified under NFA, a company capital must be more than $5M. if this is the case, there are alot of them in the market that falls below this category.

    Majority of people and Big multi-billion companies days are numbered if they do not work properly. Have a look in the real world.

    Yes. The new rules at the NFA have caused the demise of a few brokers. They are already under fire for deceptive marketing and things like...
