Question regarding Paypal and buying a Virtual Credit Card (VCC)..

Hey guys ... This is my first post here, so please help me out .. :)

I have been seeing this forum regularly for a while now, and thought this is probably the best place to post this at ..

I happen to live in a country where Paypal is currently not supported. But I have found out that I can still use Paypal, if I can get a Virtual Credit Card and verify/fund my Paypal account through that ... I need some guidance on this matter .. I have marked a few issues below, please help me out on them:

1) On which country should I base my Paypal account on ? I have heard that you also need a Bank Account in addition to a Credit Card, to verify your account in some countries ... I want to avoid this ..

2) From which site should I purchase a Virtual Credit Card ? Here are some of my requirements:
- Should accept payments through the standard VISA ..
- Should allow me to verify my Paypal account completely !
- Should allow me to reload my card, so I can also fund my Paypal account with it ..
- Should be reasonably priced!

When you categorically mentioned, "you want to avoid" this transparency to your ID or whatever you wish to hide away from the authorities regarding your cash flow... no one here will be prepared or willing to help you answer that crafty "gateway" and become an accessory to your "WHATEVER" plan(s) you may have in mind thinking you wish in using a PayPal account.

That is why, PayPal is one platform that can "NAIL" you or you simply stay away from it if you want to do dirty business on others or over other innocent internetters.

ROLClub will NOT endorse any sales or attempts with purchases or requests to deal or solicit to help you manipulate other people's stolen cards...

You would not like it either if someone shows up in this forum site selling your wife's, YOURS or your entire family's CVVs or credit card details would you???

I will let this thread stay but your next post on dealing or suggesting any cranky schemes to be highlighted will have you banned... this is the first and last warning for your situation.
