    Hello Everyone,

If you have not ordered your StrictPay debit card at the 17.95 special purchase price you should do so now. You only have 5 days left to take advantage of this special price.

On 7/1/08 the card price will return to the normal price of 27.95.

    Thanks

    Hello Everyone,

We wanted to take a quick moment and welcome a new program that is now accepting StrictPay:

    X-Traffic Extreme Surfing

Be sure to let the merchants you use know that you would like them to accept StrictPay as a payment option. Email them, post in their forum, or just shout it from the mountaintop, but let them know the advantages that StrictPay offers them. We will be announcing more merchants that accept StrictPay soon, so keep your eyes peeled.

    Hello Members,

As many of you know, our account at AlertPay has been locked for some time now, due to us being a payment processor like they are. AlertPay knew this from the start, and our goal all along has been to make it easier for members to manage their funds. After many of you had asked if we could make AlertPay available as a funding option, we researched the situation and decided to make that option available to our members. Well it has now been a month since our AlertPay account was locked and we have not gotten any further on resolving this issue.

We have spent the better part of a month now trying to contact them so that we could help them understand why it is beneficial to both of us to have a working relationship. These contact attempts not only refer to numerous emails, but also to well over 20 telephone calls by one of our Administrators. We were finally told, after about a week and half, exactly who we needed to talk to, but that never worked out either. Many calls were put in to reach that person, and we were told numerous reasons why he couldn't speak to us at that time, but they always assured us that they were giving him our number and that we could expect a call from him within 24 hours. Needless to say many 24 hour periods went by with no call back, and then we would try to call him again, and again we would be told the same thing. I could go over the myriad of reasons we were told that he couldn't speak with us, but I feel that the only one worth mentioning anymore is that we were told "he might be on holiday". And this response came from someone who had previously told us that he had handed him a note personally with our telephone number on it, so he was obviously in the same building/office. That was the final straw, and we finally asked for our money to be returned. Now we are in a holding pattern as the person was not sure if it was 30 days or 60 days from the time our account was locked before they send us a check for the account balance. But he was kind enough to let us know we should "call back around the end of July just to be safe".

Many of you have been kind enough to share stories (in person with our customer service reps, in support tickets, and in numerous forum posts) about how the customer service at StrictPay is second to none, and it is refreshing to know that us building this company on that basic foundation is making a difference. And it is situations like the one above that make us glad we did. I apologize to all of our members who will be inconvenienced by not being able to fund their StrictPay accounts by using AlertPay. Keep in mind that we still do have many other ways for you to fund your account, As of now we will no longer be accepting AlertPay as a funding option, but if one of you contacts them and gets any further than we did, then we might consider re-building a relationship with them in the future.

    Thanks
    StrictPay Team

    Hello Everyone

We received a call from Mr. Firoz with AlertPay to discuss the current situation between AlertPay and StrictPay. We had a good conversation with Mr. Firoz and setup a meeting next week to discuss in more detail ways to try and resolve this issue. We will update you all after our meeting next week.

    Thanks

    Hello StrictPay Members

We are happy to announce a new feature located within your StrictPay account. We now offer a Quick ACH funding option for all of our bank verified members. If a member chooses to do a Quick ACH funding it will be processed within 1 and 2 business days, as opposed to the normal 4 to 7 business days that a regular ACH funding takes.

The cost for a Quick ACH funding is only $2.00 plus 5% of the total. And keep in mind that StrictPay members always have a variety of choices available to fund their accounts based on their budget or time frame.

We would also like to remind everyone that while our Terms state that verifications take between 24 and 48 hours, we usually have all of them done within 24 hours.

    Thanks

    Good Evening Everyone

We recently spoke with Mr. Firoz from AlertPay and it does not look like we will be able to offer them as a funding option after all. He said that they would have to do extra due diligence on every one of our members that funds from AlertPay to StrictPay, and that would require them doing an excessive amount of extra work, and they would have to bring on extra staff. He also said that it was not as simple as just doing due diligence on us, but that they would have to do it on every member that funded due to them being a third party connection to AlertPay. We tried to work a way out where we could do the extra work on our side, but we could not come to an agreement that he was satisfied with.

So we will no longer be able to allow our members to fund their StrictPay account from AlertPay, and he has told us that if anything changes in the future he would notify us. He also cleared up that it does actually take 60 days from the time of account lockdown to get our money back, and that we should call back after July 27th to remind them to open our account so we can request our funds out.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will let you know if this situation ever changes.

    Have a great night!

Just a quick reminder that our Quick ACH feature is also valid on the weekends. We are the only payment option that funds your ACH on the weekends, and yes the Quick ACH only takes hours to fund.

Verification is also done very fast. You could become verified, and then fund by Quick ACH all in 1 day or less.

    Have a great weekend.

    Hello StrictPay members

Let me start by sharing the good news that the debit cards have finally been shipped to our members from the supplier directly. The print company for our supplier is still having some issues, but we told our supplier that we needed to get cards out to our members because the delays were already too lengthy. The supplier has agreed to fill all debit card orders with a temporary card immediately so our members can manage their funds easily until the permanent cards arrive.

All limits, fees, etc will remain similar between the temporary and permanent cards, and when you receive your permanent Visa, the funds will transfer over at no extra cost.

Again, we would like to say thanks to everyone for your patience during this trying time, and we are glad to finally be able to help our members with outstanding debit card orders.

    Thanks
    James

    Hello StrictPay Merchants

We have recently noticed that many of you have not listed your company on our merchant list. This list is not only an essential way for our members to know who accepts StrictPay, but it is also a great form of free advertising for your program as it is one of the areas that visitors can visit without being logged in. I have created a walk through below to help you easily list your program on our merchant list.

    1. Login to your member area and click on the Merchant Center link on the left side of the member home page
    2. Click on the Create Merchant Listing button in the middle of the page
    3. Fill out the fields with the requested information
    4. Finally, click on the Add Your Listing button at the bottom of the page

Thanks again for your support and please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you.
