Thread: Do hearing aids really work?

Though I am not from the United States, I do find the price tag of $70K very high, according to me an average high end hearing aid should cost around $ 4K to 5K each.(Consultancy, testing fees & other incidental charges not included) Are you sure the figure of $70K is not a typo? My advice would be check all brands before deciding.

To begin with, my close relative, who was next to me, lost his hearing and became deaf. I suffered a lot because of this and looked for an opportunity to cling to and help him.
