Problem .. not payout .. last payout 06.10.2010 .. no site

I wrote to Budgetiva about a problem signing in, as I kept getting the sign in page over and over again, when I tried to sign in. It wasn't giving me any indication that my password was wrong, just kept getting the sign in page again. So this is what they wrote back to me: QUOTE
"Nobody complained about such an issue! Please use a different PC or a different browser, it should work 100% ok to you just like to everyone else!" UNQUOTE I want everyone to know this is the most UNPROFESSIONAL response I've ever seen in my life. After that response, I thought to myself, maybe I should should just change my password, and see if that works. It did, I was able to sign in after that. Now today, I've tried over and over with different ways to get the budgetiva site to load. Its not loading today, and I invested in that site. I do hope it comes back! Just wanted to know if anyone else is having problems getting that site to load? Thanks, Joan
