Yes, my card is Diamond total rewards from Harrahs

May i know what type of card do you have?

We can convert our comps into cash because we receive a mail invitation. It's only for invited quest.

Pls notice that not every diamond player will receive such invitation. It depends on many factors such as your gambling record, how heavily is your bet, and so on...

Usually we convert our comps at Showboat. Sometimes at Ballys too.
Feel free to ask again.

We manage the investors' money everyday but don't convert it everyday

we convert at the end of the month. It also depends on the invitation. It can be at the middle of the month but usually at the end of the month
