CIT-FUNDS was established in early 2005 as company focused at investment in construction projects development and management. A need for such activities appeared due to certain changes of the market conditions and enhanced approach to provision of services.

CIT-FK company, British and German founders have fathered creation of CIT-FUNDS.

Main focus of our activities is investing in commercial real estate and offices. We pay particular attention to project development in office and trading spaces construction.

Despite such a short history, our company has managed to successfully complete renovation and change of profile project in the central part of the city. Two more projects involving big international companies are currently underway.

Our services include not only resolution of construction and reconstruction issues, but also facilities use optimization, change of profile, establishment of financial scheme and investors� attraction for particular projects.


We have 5 investment plans:

Plan A: 6% daily for 50 days for deposit $1-$50.
Plan B: 7% daily for 50 days for deposit $51-$100.
Plan C: 8% daily for 50 days for deposit $101-$50,000.

Silver Plan: 200% after 15 days for deposit $50-$10,000.
Gold Plan: 300% after 20 days for deposit $100-$50,000.

All Payouts are made directly to your Liberty Reserve account.
The minimum deposit is $1 and the maximum is $50,000.
