Founded in 1998, Nighthawk Partners Inc. identifies hedge fund and fund of funds managers that we believe to be talented and innovative and introduces them to our worldwide network of institutional and high net worth investors. Nighthawk's institutional relationships include funds of funds, family offices, independent financial advisors, private banking networks, insurance companies, endowments, pension plans and retirement plans.

Nighthawk has built a reputation for introducing investors to both undiscovered and niche managers. Nighthawk, in conjunction with Nomos Capital in Europe with whom we have a strategic alliance, has raised billions of dollars for the managers we represent. Nighthawk's presence in the U.S. and Nomos' presence in Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia combine to provide our managers with global marketing exposure. Nighthawk is compensated by the hedge fund manager and our involvement in the investment process results in no additional cost to the investor.

Nighthawk is a broker-dealer registered with the SEC with offices in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

Fund Overview

Nighthawk offers a wide range of alternative investment products including traditional and niche strategies. Single manager funds include Global Macro, Sector Long/Short Equity (Consumer Discretionary and Energy), U.S./Canadian Long/Short, European Long/Short Equity, Distressed, Emerging Markets, High Grade Fixed Income and High Yield Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities. Funds of Funds include traditional multi-strategy leveraged and non leveraged funds as well as more specialized Funds of Funds including Asia only, Asset Based Lending and Physical Commodities.
