    My photostick keeps stalling before it's started processing anything. Actually it did process a few once but since then it finds all the duplicates and all the ones already saved but doesn't get as far as processing the ones found and there is no way to kickstart it back into action other than cancelling and restarting. Why does it stall thephotostick customer service? It's nowhere near full.
