Benefit to you: Although new candidates may join the partnership by invitation at any time all partners are only allowed to withdraw from their account their return on the 1st day of January in the following year. A written notice of withdrawal should be provided no later than one month before the end of the year. Partners may withdraw from their account via cash or equity.

Feature: A 9900% Yield Capital Gain threshold
Benefit to you: This means that if the annual return of the partnership exceeds 9900%, there shall be a fee charged to the partners account, of any amount in excess of this threshold.

Portfolio partnership reporting, the letter to partners, tax forms, and financial audits will also be distributed monthly up until maturity.
