An update i got by email :

After having alot of request about cashout at Cash Achiever, I will set the cashout twice a month.

The cashout button will be open at 10th and 25th every month.
And for the upgrade still no fee.

Okay thank you for the information...it sounds very cool though interest percentage is low with compare to other HYIP's. I'll be pleased to hear further information about this site.
