A Bond (Short -Term High Yield Bond): Your return will be 210 percent.

B Bond (Short -Term High Yield Bond): Your return will be 155 percent.

The bond holder receives the full principal amount as well as value that has accrued on the redemption date.

Maturity date of A bonds will be 3 months after Stage III is completed.

Maturity date of B bonds will be 3 - 6 months after Stage III is completed.

Expected rate of return for shares is between 30 percent and 55 percent.

Difference in the expected return between stocks A and B is 10 %.
Shares dividend paid quarterly.
