We are a small private group with the privilege of having access to one of the most lucrative and stable investment vehicles of its kind. In August of 2003 we entered into an indefinite contract with an elite organization which has supplied us with astounding returns ever since.

Some are aware that we opened in late 2005 for a brief period to accept new members under our "private pool" We had to stop accepting new members do to a copycat claiming to be us. They attempted to run off with many people's hard earned money. Very few fell prey to this fraud but we decided it would be best to close membership at that time anyways.

In early 2007 we re-opened and lowered our minimum investment to only $100 in order to allow those with a limited amount of available funds to be able to join a distinguished club that is usually reserved for much larger investors. Especially when it comes to receiving the staggering returns that we offer (25% per month).

Since that time our membership has grown exponentially and we are very happy to see so many new investors with us. The needs and interests of our XX Club members surpass all other aspects of the club. Without our members, there would be no Club. We need our members as much as they need us. So we do whatever is necessary to ensure the satisfaction of ALL of our members and the longevity of our Club.

Although it has been terrific and we are very pleased to work with so many eager investors, we were more than positive that we had provided sufficient time to allow investors with limited funds to have the privilege of joining our club. Therefore we put to a vote whether or not XX Club should close or simply raise our minimum investment. All members voted on the matter and it was decided that XX Club will REMAIN open. However, the minimum investment was increased, as voted on by all members.

Please understand that it is a true privilege to have this offer in front of you. The person who introduced this to you has either experienced first hand the benefits of this club or is just as fortunate as you to now be changing his/her financial future. Which ever the case, please read this information carefully and make an informed decision as to whether or not you wish to become a member.


~ XX CLUB & IT'S FOUNDERS ~
XX CLUB is merely a conduit to the main investment, which has been going for many years. The XX stands for eXceptional opportunity with eXtraordinary returns. We have a very in-depth, non-disclosure agreement with them so the name is not to be disclosed for legal reasons. So please do not ask. From here on out we will refer to them as the 'organization' They do not wish to deal with anyone other than their current investors, which is the sole reason we formed XX Club in the first place.

We, ourselves, started out as private, individual investors with the organization. Because we established such a good relationship with them, we were given permission to start a 'pool' so long as to keep them anonymous since they were not and still do not accept new investors.

The only reason the Club is able to offer this is due to the fact we have been with the organization since 2003 and all transactions are done solely under our name. We therefore handle all transactions on our own for XX Club. This is the reason for doing business in the manner we do. The organization does not wish to deal with any other people, which is why we have this private pool under our name only.

Confidentiality is of utmost importance, so all records of XX Club members are kept private, and will not be released under any circumstances.

On the flip side, we must stay relatively private ourselves so as to protect the club as a whole. This is what keeps us virtually 'bullet-proof' to any unscrupulous individuals who may want to try and ruin such a good thing for what ever reason.

Please understand that over 95% of all online high yield investments (the majority offline as well) are mere scams or ponzis. Be cautious of fancy websites, as it may be a clear sign of one. That kind of exposure is pure self destruction and a clear indication that they must 'sell' you their offering in order for them to survive. Proof is in the pudding as they all fall to the wayside eventually. What purpose did the site serve other than to lure people into sending their money? This is unless of course they are a well respected licensed investment firm.

BOTTOM LINE... the returns you will experience in this club are as good as it gets when it comes to a legitimate, 'INVESTMENT BACKED' high yield opportunity. Our funds with the organization are actually secured, which in essence means yours are as well. The funds collected from all XX Club members are forwarded under our name directly to the organization. The organization itself is deriving profits from several sources such as government auctions/seizures, diamond trade (as well as mining), sharing of oil companies, options, and sports trading just to name a few.

Why are we allowing this Club to be available to other investors? Because we believe EVERYONE (especially those with a limited amount of available funds) deserves an opportunity to join a distinguished club that is usually reserved for much larger investors.

A benefit for us is the fact that yes we do profit from doing so. We receive a slightly higher return than we are offering, so the more funds we receive the more profits we make in addition to our personal portfolio. This is also why we have a modest referral system in place. The organization obviously does not pay referrals since it is closed to new membership, but we structured one for marketing the XX Club.

Because all funds are credited into our main account, we will only process withdrawals when requested. No payments will be made automatically. In fact, ONLY ONE WITHDRAWAL may be made PER MONTH. You may request a balance at any time by sending a request via email with your 'password' and XX Club account #.


~ RETURNS ~
Opening balances of $2500 or more will earn a very lucrative 25% PER MONTH. Investments less than $2500 will still earn a very respectable 20% per month. Once your total of deposits exceed $2500, you will then be UPGRADED to the 25% per month level from that point. Your balance will be compounded on a monthly basis. Partial months are not calculated so your balance will grow on the DATE of each month following your initial deposit. Here is an example with a starting deposit of just $1,000.

As you can see your balance grows at an exponential rate when compounded. When we receive your funds, you will receive an email giving you your start date. This way you can calculate your balance monthly on your own if you wish.

If you request a withdrawal, we will give you your new balance at that time. Many members wish to compound for a few months then start to take out only a portion of their profits, thus allowing their account balance to continue growing. This is the optimum situation for long term growth and securing your future. However, the decision is entirely up to you.

Just remember, if you wish to withdraw every month, you MUST request so each month. We will not do this automatically. Also, allow up to 5 business days to process all withdrawals and deposits.


~ MIN/MAX INVESTMENT AND FEES ~
The minimum, initial deposit is only $500. There is a ONE-TIME MEMBERSHIP FEE of $30 which must be included with this initial deposit. We may decide to raise the minimum again in the future, but we will allow almost everyone to take advantage of this low minimum for at least a short period of time.

The maximum amount for any single deposit is $50,000. Deposits can be made as often you wish.

As far as withdrawals, you must keep a balance of at least $500 or your account will be closed.

Funds may be added at any time and as often as you wish. Please only send funds in $50 increments and notify us each time.


~ REFERRING NEW MEMBERS TO XX CLUB ~
Referrals are actually healthy for XX Club. It seems existing members always refer 'high quality' members to the club, which in turn makes our job easier by allowing us to devote more time to the club activities. However, it is a very modest referral system so as not to encourage the use of spamming. We truly believe this is why we get 'quality' members: it is only shared with close contacts, family members, friends, etc...

Our referral schedule is very simple. We will pay you a 5% referral on each and every deposit someone you refer makes. This commission is paid to you directly, and not added to your account. This means if you refer someone who deposits regularly, you will continue to earn commissions on this same person.

This makes it truly rewarding when one starts out small, then makes a large deposit or multiple deposits in the future. This is something we did not do 2 years ago and it caused some concern for a few members. We believe we now have it structured to satisfy all members.

Some may wish to use this as a supplementary income, while allowing their account to compound. This is fine so long as this privilege is not abused. We will not tolerate the use of spam. Only send this information to those who request it. Use good judgment when introducing this and remember this is an exceptional opportunity you have in front of you here. The real money is made in the profits from your account.

If you start off small, be patient and you will see significant gains in the future. Remember, Rome was not built in a day. This is a 'get rich SURE' not a 'get rich QUICK' opportunity. Just imagine if you would have entered into a secured long term investment 2 years ago earning you just 20% per month compounded such as this. A $500 opening deposit would now be worth $39,748. Your monthly earnings would now be $7,949 PER MONTH! This is all at the 20% per month level.

This is the exact reason we are allowing members to start with as low as $500. At least for now. Of course larger deposits will just get you there that much quicker. Remember, total member deposits of $2500 or more earn 25% per month, which makes these results even more staggering! If you talk to any of our existing members, they will verify this for you.

Deposits are to be made by E-gold, E-bullion, Pecunix, and Liberty Reserve ONLY.

No more wires to our Wells Fargo bank are being accepted, nor are we accepting cashier's checks. We are considering allowing direct bank wires for larger investments in the future. However, you may always conatct us first to ask if it would be available for you at that particular time ($10k min).


~ WITHDRAWALS ~
Withdrawals will be made the same way you deposited unless otherwise stated. Amounts over $10k may be sent by cashier's check, but this is for withdrawals ONLY.

Please remember, only 1 withdrawal per month is allowed. The Club is only interested in long term investors.

Since all funds are being sent to the organization from XX Club, your funds will first be transferred to XX Club, at which time the Club will forward the total amount in one transaction. Since most people online use e-currency, we decided using these methods would help to accomidate almost everyone. The particualr ones that we have chosen have been around the longest and are very efficient when we wire outgoing/incoming funds to/from the organization.


~ MINIMUM TERM OF INVESTMENT ~
The minimum term of your investment is 60 days. If you wish to receive a withdrawal prior to this, it will be a full withdrawal ONLY which will close your XX Club account. If you are not planning to make this a long term income stream for yourself, we do not want or need your funds! Any withdrawal prior to 90 days is subject to a 5% withdrawal fee. After this period there is no withdrawal fee what so ever.

~ APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP ~
If you wish to become a member of XX Club, you must send an email to [email protected] with the words 'Join XX' in the subject. In the email you MUST include the following:

1.) Amount you are sending (U$D).
2.) The E-gold, E-bullion, Pecunix, or Liberty Reserve acct # you are sending from.
3.) Your password of NO MORE THAN 8 characters you create to be used for communication regarding your account. You will need this to process any withdrawal, check balance, or any question regarding your account.

Once we are caught up on bookkeeping and such you will then receive an email giving full instructions on how to join. This can take up to 1 week. If you do not receive an email by this time, please re-send your information. Once we send your instructions you will have 5 business days to send your funds or your information/application will be deleted.

Please DO NOT send an email to join unless you already have the necessary funds to become a member. This is for serious investors only! We cannot stress this enough.
