had once heard about OLINT (though not by name) from a most

unlikely source — a friend of mine who wanted me to check it out

with him. He kept telling me about some guy who would get me a lot

of US dollars from Panama. To me, it did not even sound remotely

tempting. I don’t just give my money to “some guy.” The people who

made a killing out of David Smith’s FOREX trading would probably

say I am the sucker. A lot of these same people do not know the

first half about finance yet call themselves “investors.”

So, a lot of the defenders of OLINT say he was just running a

little club and never sought any clients or placed any

advertisements. I wonder why such a club would need a website

Island Growth Fund Ltd. with slogan “Making Your

Money Earn Real Money for You.” It’s currently been taken offline.

If that doesn’t constitute an advertisement, I don’t know what

does.
