Approaching first year of life, we re-open the acceptance of members in our club.

First of all let us clarify some points :

1) We are NOT soliciting public money, we do not ask anybody's money, we are not a pyramid or ponzi scheme; we are a private closed club of friends who will join particular projects and activities, not open to public. Each member is accepted ONLY if invited or introduced by existing member or monitor site.

2) We are not an HYIP project, but a Private Investment Club (PIC), as we disclose company details and contacts and we ask to do the same to our members, who will receive original shares of our club. WE ARE NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC.

3) We recommend not to rush joining us, because there is no hurry; we do not need to raise members to survive, on the opposite we limit the acceptance of new members and close frequently the access to the club, as we like to be a family long life sharing the projects.

Now, if you like to join us, there is no need to register on the site, but just read below.

Here are the instructions how to join us :

1) Please send multiple of 250$ ( minimum 250$ ) to our e-gold 3266464.

2) Put your e-mail address in the e-gold note or send to [email protected] your details and amount you sent; we will send you email of confirmation.

3) We will send you e-mail confirmation of the deposit, a no-disclosure agreement as new shareholder of the Company to be approved, a privacy protection agreement, and a shareholder form to be filled in order to send the original of the LLC shares.

4) Each share will get monthly dividend, based on actual performance of the fund. Compound is NOT allowed, you will get AUTOMATICALLY the dividends.

5) Value of each shares is fixed to nominal until 1st of September 2007, then will be weekly calculated and published on the web site.

6) There is a lockup period of 12 months, it means you may NOT sell your shares before this period, then you may do it, and Italy-Fund LLC will have a reserve fund to buy back anytime the shares, and/or re-sell to other invited new shareholders.

Dividends - Monthly advanced payments - Rest at yearly Balance sheet Approval shareholders meeting - Fiscal year is January to December.
Dividends will be from 4 to 20 % monthly.
Minimum/Maximum Investment - 250/50000 $
Shares may be sold after 31 March 2008, at actual market value of the moment.

Dividends do not include principal; when you sell the shares you get the share value in the market.
Shares will not be traded in regulated stock markets, but only in private transactions and only upon invitation from previous shareholders.
Shares will entitle the owner with all shareholders rights according to the company status and rules, which will be sent in electronic form to every shareholder.
