Introduction
First let me introduce myself, I am James Falkon I am 32 years old and I am a so called "internet entrepreneur". What I do is set up or finance new WEB 2.0 concept sites. I have been involved in 3 big websites with first round financing new concepts the last 4 years. For second round financing one needs funds above 500k, unfortunately I do not manage that kind of funds at the moment. This is why I have started JFFINANCE, to make it possible for me to get in second round financing and maybe even third round financing.

Of course it's not possible to create immediately an stable cashflow of 5,2% to 6,9% as I promise, but at the beginning I will pay people with the money I have made from my first 3 first round investments. When JFFINANCE has grown in investors and the available funds hit 500k JFFINANCE will close and turn into a shareholding company. All investors will get shares of my company. The total shares you get depends on the active investment you have in JFFINANCE at that moment. When my/ our company turns into a second round venture group we can aim on extremely high profits.

Example: the second round investor of youtube has received more than 500 million dollars in return of their second round investment and company share. I will always be the owner of 51% of the company you investors can have a total maximum of 49% of the company. I expect this "turn" will happen in 1 or 2 years from the launch of JFFINANCE.

In meantime
Before this "turn" happens I will continue making first round investment in new concepts to keep be able to pay out current investors. Everybody knows that a risk free investment unfortunately doesn't exist. You never know if your investment turn in profit or not.

RISK MANAGMENT
I will never invest more than 50% of all available funds in any project, this means that you can always ask for your 50% initial deposit minus the profit you have gained. Example you invest 200$ you have already received 3 payments of 6.1% this means that you have already received 36.6$ and you wish to receive your 50% back suddenly you will receive within 3 business days 100 minus 36.6=63.4$.

Example of first round investmentAll the big websites like DIGG.com, youtube.com and flickr.com have been financed by a investment venture/ group. An first round investment is around 5k to 50k. With this first round investment the new concept website can afford for example their hosting and a small promotional stunt. This is the ground I am most active in. After the first round the website starts to grow and grown become attractive to other investment companies which offer second round investments of 500k or more. Youtube's second round investment was 23 million dollars. So were do I make the money? When the second round investor comes I sell my shares bought quit cheap for 20% of the second round investment. Let me do the math for you if I had invested 10k in youtube when the second round investor came I would get 4.6million in return of my 10k.

Although unfortunately I haven't made such profits yet but I might in the future you never know. My highest profit made is 125k. I had invested 5k in a new concept in return I got a small 5% of the company but already after 2 months the second round investor came and I made a amazing profit of 125,000USD.
