What are Closed End Funds
A closed end fund is a form of a mutual fund. Like a mutual fund, it contains a pool of investor money. Unlike a mutual fund, once the fund has issued a certain number of shares, it closes to new investors, so to buy shares you must buy them just like you buy a stock; on an exchange from someone else who is selling their shares. Many closed end funds use leverage (they can borrow against the portfolio to buy additional investments) which can contribute to their high yields. Not all closed end funds are structured to pay income, and some can distribute principal as part of their monthly or quarterly distributions, so search carefully. When using closed end funds keep in mind it is best to buy these high yield investments when they are trading at a discount. We have structured our funds to maximise your investments and take away all the risk. When a closed end fund starts, the company raises a set amount of money, and issues a specific number of shares. No new shares are created. Investors can buy the fund only on the secondary market, from someone else who is selling shares. Everyone will need to start in the Starter Fund shares are $1 each and the minimum is 5 shares ($5). Once you have upgraded in the Starter Fund, then you will be entitled to upgrade in the Regular Fund with a minimum of 10 shares ($10). Once you have upgraded in the Regular Fund, then will you be entittled to upgrade in the Superior Plan with a minimum of 20 shares ($20). A limit is placed on each Closed End Fund. Our 4th option is a long term income builder open to anyone with a minimum investment of $1 and lasting for 365 days (1 year) and producing a return of 292%.
