    Our founders meeting in Panama last week was a total success.

    We finalized all outstanding operating and legal aspects of the club.

    Membership Details, Paid Members Benefits and Many Other Details:

    This was written on Thursday, April 12, 2007.

    We are now less than 1 week from the official pre-launch, and as of today we already have over 67,000 people pre-registered.

    While this is an incredibly exciting time for all of us, the coming months could well see growth that far exceeds anything that has happened so far.

    This page is an extremely long, detailed explanation of all aspects of club membership.

    This information is in no particular order, and may appear at times to be "rambling" as we have tried to make this as detailed as possible.

    We are endeavoring to give all prospective members as full an understanding of our aims and operating procedures as we can.

    Please note, that while we welcome questions regarding any unclear aspects of any of the material contained on this page, we will not be changing our core systems as they are outlined here.

    Please also note that all monetary amounts we use are in US Dollars, NOT your local currency.

    The first point we would like to cover is "What are we?":

    Much has been written on the forum regarding the advantages of setting up an "Offshore" Corporation or Foundation (Trust) in Panama.

    While there can be tremendous financial benefits in setting up such entities, and our Panamanian attorneys will be covering that subject in great detail for our paid members, and making that sort of entity available to any of our paid members who may be interested in it for
    their own benefit, we ourselves are NOT an offshore entity.

    We are a fully registered, fully licensed, network of interlocking Panamanian corporations with a physical presence (I.E. an office, bank accounts and local staff) in Panama.

    In simple English, this means that we are subject to both Panamanian law and regulatory scrutiny of all aspects of our business.

    We are also fully liable for all applicable Panamanian taxes on our business activities.

    Our members, however, will have absolutely NO Panamanian taxation liability on any bonuses they earn from us.

    While they may, or may not, have a taxation liability on those bonuses in their home countries, that is a matter for them to determine, as we will NOT, under ANY circumstances be reporting any bonuses paid to them to their home countries.

    As Panama has NO tax treaties with ANY other country, we have NO obligation or liability to report ANY earnings to ANY other government, nor do we intend to do so.

    This subject will also be covered in great detail for our paid members.

    Our paid members will have full access to literally hundreds of pages of information written by our attorneys on all aspects of incorporating or even living in Panama.

    We will also have a specific section of our paid members forum dedicated to this subject. This section of the forum will be monitored by our attorneys and they will also be available to answer members questions posted there as well.

    In simple English, we will be providing the necessary educational material to enable our paid members to make informed choices regarding how to best utilize Panamanian entities for asset protection.

    The next subject we will cover is "Who will join us?":

    Basically the short answer to this is anyone who falls into one of the following two groups.

    1) Those who consider the cost of the membership fees to be less than the value of the benefits they will receive as a member.

    2) Those who realize that as one of the early members, their monthly income from the matrix alone could well be greater than their membership fees.


    Now, the first of these two groups has at least eight sub groups.

    1) Those who wish to incorporate in Panama to either protect existing assets or those assets they acquire as a result of their club membership.

    2) Those who wish to save money on digital products.

    As an example, products that are commonly sold for well over $30.00 will be available to members for no cost. Other products with a retail value of over $100.00 will be available in the $5.00 - $10.00 range.

    3) Those who wish to earn money promoting and selling those digital products.

    If a member wishes to on-sell those products for $30.00, then that will be pure profit for them.

    4) Those who wish to save money on consumer products.

    As an example, Nutritional products that are commonly sold for over $70.00 will be available to our members for UNDER $20.00.

    5) Those who wish to earn money promoting and selling those consumer products.

    If a member wishes to on-sell those products for $70.00, then the extra $50.00 will be pure profit for them.

    6) Those who have products or services of their own that they wish to promote to other members.

    ALL members will have the ability to promote items of this nature in a special section of the paid members forum.

    Note: Certain restrictions on products or services we consider unacceptable will apply.

    7) Those who have "business opportunities" to promote to other members.

    ALL members will also have the ability to promote items of this nature in a special section of the paid members forum.

    Note: Certain restrictions on opportunities we consider unacceptable will apply.

    8) This is a special group, that is VERY large. Last year the US government banned its citizens from participating in online gambling such as poker. As a result none of the poker sites will accept deposits from US issued credit cards or other forms of funding for their accounts.

    MANY of these adult US players, to put it politely, do not like being treated like naughty children, and are actively looking for offshore funding and deposit options to enable them to keep playing.

    Naturally as Panama has no restrictions on this activity, we will be providing our members with information on this subject if they are interested.

    Note: We neither condone or condemn gambling. As our members are adults, they are free to make their own choices in this matter.

    So, there is a list of eight groups who will participate in our club to obtain the benefits we offer.

    The other main group are those who while they may have no interest whatsoever in the benefits or products we offer our members, will still join us in large numbers.

    This group has exactly one joining criteria.

    Can they EARN more in bonuses than their membership COSTS them?

    This group may be promoters, who know for a FACT that that they can put hundreds if not thousands into their matrix.

    Some of this group may simply be "Money Game" players, who KNOW that joining a matrix of this nature in the early stages, WILL provide them with a long term financial return far in excess of their initial investment.

    It makes no difference to us whatsoever, which group you consider yourself to be in.

    We are going to operate on the assumption that there are exactly two groups of people in the world.

    1) Those who are members.

    2) Those who are not yet members.


    Well, that covers that section.

    Time to move on to the Membership fees and payment options.

    We have three membership options.

    Silver members will pay a membership fee of $30.00 per month, paid quarterly in advance.

    This equals $90.00 paid every three months.

    Gold members will pay a membership fee of $25.00 per month, paid half yearly in advance.

    This equals $150.00 paid every six months.

    Diamond members will pay a membership fee of $20.00 per month, paid yearly in advance.

    This equals $240.00 paid every year.

    ALL members will also pay a one time membership application fee of $50.00.

    Important Note: Whatever membership level a member joins at, is their permanent membership level. We do not permit upgrades under ANY circumstances. This is a deliberate policy on our part as we fully intend to better reward those who are prepared to join as Diamond members for their faith in us.

    If you join as a Silver or a Gold member, and then in six months realize that you have cost yourself thousands of dollars each month in lost income, your only recourse will be to say.......if only I had joined as a Diamond when I had the chance.
    If you have read and understand the compensation plan, you will be aware of the fact that Silver members are paid on levels 1-7 of their matrix.

    Gold members are paid on levels 1-8.

    Diamond members are paid on all 10 levels AND can also earn matching bonuses on those they sponsor.

    What is not spelled out in the compensation plan, however, is what happens to the unpaid levels.

    If, for, example a Silver or a Gold members has people in their matrix on the unpaid levels, the club does not keep those unpaid bonuses.

    Those unpaid bonuses are ADDED to the next upline Diamond members matrix bonuses each month.

    Just one more reason to join as a Diamond member.

    One other bonus that is not covered in the comp plan is how the one time $50.00 application fee is handled.

    The first $10.00 of this fee is retained by the club.

    The other $40.00 is paid out in bonuses.

    $20.00 is paid to the actual sponsor of the new member (regardless of membership level).

    This means that any diamond member can totally cover their monthly membership fee by sponsoring another member each month.

    $10.00 is then paid to the next upline diamond member.

    $5.00 is then also paid to the next two upline diamond members.

    Note: These payments are paid to the actual upline sponsors, NOT to those who happen to be placed above the new member in the matrix.

    Just one more reason to join as a Diamond member.

    This section deals with how the membership fees are to be paid.

    This is both complicated and simple.

    Simple in that we have exactly one payment option, and complicated as that option is going to be difficult for some potential members in some countries.

    Please understand that we are unable to modify our payment option.


    Our basic problem with accepting membership payments is that Panamanian banks are totally paranoid on the subject of "Money Laundering".

    They REQUIRE all corporate deposits to be both traceable and verifiable as payment for an actual product or service.

    Now, as our deposits are going to be the membership fees, we MUST be able to prove that our members are in fact, members.

    This means that ALL members will be required to send a signed membership application with their payment. Faxed or emailed forms are not acceptable as they do not have the original signature on them.

    The greatest problem with this is that the Panamanian postal service is TOTALLY useless, with loss rates on inbound mail running as high as 40 percent.

    NO business in Panama uses mail for any documents, they all use courier services.

    Now given that situation, it makes no sense for us to accept wire transfers, Western Union or any other form of payment sent separately from the membership application form.

    Logistically, trying to match each of those payments to a specific membership application would be a recipe for disaster.

    As a result, members will pay their initial membership fees in the form of Certified Checks (AKA Bank Checks in some countries) in US dollars ONLY.

    Please note: That International Money Orders are NOT acceptable to our bank due to the massive amount of fraudulent IMO's in circulation.

    So, that is the bad news. It is going to be a chore for some members in some countries to obtain the checks and then have them sent by courier (FedEx, DHL or UPS) to our office. The office address will be on the membership application form.

    The good news is that each member will, in all probability, ONLY need to do this ONCE if we experience anywhere near the future growth we are all expecting.

    Here is how it will work for future membership payments.

    Once you are a member, you will have the option of having us simply deduct your future membership fees on a monthly basis from your bonuses once your initial period of membership expires.

    E.G. If you are a diamond member, your initial membership will run from June 1, 2007 to May 31, 2008. We would then deduct $20.00 per month starting in May 2008 from your bonus check to cover your membership fees.

    Some other good news on all of this however, is that members in family or downline groups do NOT need to send separate checks or courier packets.

    If, for example, you have three or 4 family members joining, you can send ONE check for the total amount of the fees as long as you ALSO send a signed application form for EACH member in the same package.

    Another example is that if you have numerous personally sponsored members living close to you, you can act as a collection point for their application forms and check and then send them in one package.

    Please note: There is one important restriction on this. NO package or check is to exceed a total of $10,000 in checks, as it WILL be refused and returned to you by Panamanian authorities. This is done to comply with international currency laws.

    One final note on all of this. We fully expect some potential members to immediately decide that this method of payment proves (to them) that we are a scam.

    If you think we are, please request removal from our database as we have NO interest whatsoever in debating the matter with you.

    You will be able to apply for membership at any time in the future, once you have seen our actual performance and assured yourself that we are legitimate.

    Still with us?

    Great, now we will move on to the logistics of dealing with paid membership applications.

    On Sunday, April 15 we will be adding a printable membership application form to your back office.

    Members wishing to join will simply print and then sign this form and send it to us with their checks.

    Member wishing to purchase other memberships, for themselves or family members, will be able to access another form that they can complete online and then print as well. This form will not have an embedded ID number as we will issue that from our office once we receive the application.

    ALL applications received will be processed and then held in a special database until Friday, May 11.

    At 5:00 PM (CST) on Friday, May 11 our staff will start work on populating the actual matrix with paid members.

    All members who have their applications and funds in our office at that time will then be added to the matrix in the EXACT same order as they initially pre-registered.

    Their ID numbers will remain the same.

    Their usernames will remain the same.

    Their groups of paid members will be placed under them and any spillover they have received will also be placed under them.

    ALL other pre-registered individuals who did NOT become paid members, WILL be removed at that time and permanently lose their old ID numbers, usernames and anyone they had pre-registered under them.

    In simple English: If you are going to join PLEASE make sure you do it by May 11. This is the ONLY fair system we have discovered for handling the initial membership rush.

    One point on how we are going to handle incoming application notifications is this. Once we have received a paid application, we will notify the new member by email and also grant them immediate access to the paid members website, paid members forum and their new web based email account.

    One other point. If your decision to join is going to be based on what members of your existing group decides, please contact them directly.

    Do NOT email our office asking if anyone in your group has joined, as we will NOT be making this information available to non paid members. Once you are a paid member, however, we will notify you whenever one of your personally sponsored members also joins.

    For those of you interested in how we will handle these membership applications on an ongoing basis, we will have the following system in place.

    Once a new member joins through your websites, they will NOT be given a replicated site to promote until such time as we receive their application form and fees. They will then be added to the matrix and permitted to start promoting.

    A final surprise for you all.

    On Sunday, April 15 we are going to close the website for a few hours and replace some of the old copy that is now on it.

    We are also going to manually move the ID number counter up by 10,000 to allow us to issue ID numbers to those of you taking extra positions.

    We are also going to make a note of that LAST ID number (+10,000), as that ID number and ALL ID numbers below it will belong to a VERY special group of members.

    OUR FOUNDING MEMBERS.

    For our founding members who join as Diamonds we have a very special surprise for you.

    If you look at the compensation plan matching bonuses, you will discover that the top matching bonus of 20% is only paid to those who have personally sponsored 30 or more members.

    ALL of our founding diamond members will, however, automatically be paid that 20% matching bonus on EVERY member they ever personally sponsor.

    Just one more reason to join as a Diamond member.

    Over the next few weeks we will start to release detailed information regarding some of our consumable and digital products.

    Our digital products will be available as downloads world wide.

    Our consumable products will be shipped from distribution centers in various countries.

    Our initial distribution center (already established) is in the USA.

    Based on where our pre-registered members are currently located, we have also identified three other countries that should have enough members to warrant setting up a distribution center.

    Those countries are Canada, England and Australia. As our membership grows in other countries, we will look at opening distribution centers in those countries. This decision will be based on one fact. Do we have enough members in that country to justify the expense of opening a distribution center there.

    One note on product sales. ALL product purchases will be made with credit cards or local currency checks. Members will NOT have to send US dollar checks to Panama as the income from these sales will be going into local banks in each country, not into our Panamanian bank.

    Some final notes on all of this.

    If you a looking for a fully developed opportunity, we are not yet it.

    We are still very much in pre-launch, and this pre-launch period will last until May 31, 2007.

    On June 1, 2007 we will be fully launched, and ALL aspects of the club will be fully operational.

    At that time we will also launch the second retail version of the club and all of the different retail products websites.

    If at the present time, however, there is ANY aspect of joining that you do not understand or like, simply delay joining until YOU are satisfied that membership in our club is the right decision for you.

    We make this point for one primary reason.

    Our club membership fees are NOT refundable under ANY circumstances.

    So, if you have ANY doubts, please do NOT join.

    One final VERY important point.

    As of today we have over 67,000 pre-registered and MANY of those people are NOT on our mailing list due to issues we have with their email hosting companies.

    Our mailing list has only 40,000 subscribers.

    Only 3,500 of them are also registered on our forum.

    PLEASE do not assume that those you have personally sponsored will receive the "Update" that relates to this information.

    Take the time to contact then.

    Cool Payment Method MODIFICATIONS. Friday, April 13.

    Hi everyone,

    Well the last 24 hours have been interesting.

    Some potential members were going to have major problems complying with the membership payment details we announced in the last update.

    As of today, we have implemented major changes to that information.

    Here is a synopsis of those changes.

    The use of courier services of membership applications and checks directly to Panama is out.

    Asking anyone to spend over $100.00 to send two pieces of paper to us is ridiculous.

    Instead, we will be using a US based mailing address.

    This means that all members can simply use whatever form of "Priority Mail" their country supports to mail their applications to us.

    We will then bulk courier them to Panama at our expense.

    The US Dollar Certified Check requirement has also been modified.

    If you live in a country that issues either Certified, Bank or Cashiers checks in US dollars, please use those for the payment of all fees, as this method is by far the easiest method for our staff to match payments to applications.

    If using this payment method, you would simply include the check with the application form mailed to us.

    If you are unable to obtain US dollar checks, then we have two other options for you.

    Both of these options, while workable, have the potential to become "logistical nightmares" for our staff, if the associated instructions are not followed correctly.

    Those options are Wire Transfer and Western Union Transfers.

    Basically what anyone using these payment options will be required to do is to use their actual ID number as the "payment reference" on the transfer paperwork.

    This will link a specific payment to a specific ID number with our bank.

    They will then be required to include a copy of the receipt they receive from whoever is doing the actual transfer (their bank or western Union), with the application form that is mailed to us.

    The potential problem is that if this is not done, we have NO way of matching the payment to the membership.

    We will be including extremely detailed instructions on this matter as part of the printable application form in your back office.

    We are also delaying the start of accepting these application forms until at least next Wednesday.

    This delay is necessary to ensure we have the relevant bank Wire Transfer and Western Union account information correct BEFORE we ask anyone to start using those services.

    As a result of this delay, will also extend the May 11 deadline by a further week, to May 18.

    For those wondering why we will not accept any of the online payment methods the answer is threefold.

    1) They ALL have associated chargeback liabilities.

    2) They ALL have associated fraud liabilities.

    3) They ALL have the ability to freeze our funds for ANY, or NO reason.

    As over 80% of all membership fees we collect are then paid out in bonuses to members, we have no interest whatsoever in losing money dealing with these three issues.

    Cool OffShore Club. This is it Gang.

    This is the last day to become apart of the Founding Members. After Today, is still Great but, I would prefer to have 21 days as a Founding Member to Look this opritunty over than to know down the road when I did deciede to join. Just Pre-Register and look it over for 21 days. There are no commitments, except being in the Founding group before the Launch of April 15th.

    WOW!!! A 3 day Extension. You now have until April the 18th to Pre-Enroll as a "Founding Member". I have never seen a Opritunity like this for just the adverage Joe/Sue before, other than the "NIL IDEAL". For those that want to learn or just see what this is, Please Pre-Register and "READ".

    For those that have taken advantage here at Rolclub, you now get a opritunity to share it with others as well as learn more for a few more days. so they get a chance to be a "Founding Member" also. Plus all Founding members will earn 20% match for any amount of members they share with now instead of having to share it with 30, for life.

    You have done a great job here Neno, well done mate :)
    GWBOPC are going to be around for years. Just like the DHS club, SFI and one or two more that have stood the test of time, only this one is quite unique with a much broader scope that will appeal to a wider audience, young and old.
    Yes, you can take a truely passive role in this one if you wish, it,s money in the bank, but I believe once we see the whole range of products available, and at such a discount to members, it just makes sense to set yourself up in business for yourself, whilst also enjoying the benefits and advantages of the club, to boot :)
    I have never seen a company like this one before, or experienced a management team that go out of their way to solve the most trifle of problems. It,s like a whole new fresh breathe of air to find such an opportunity, and arrive at the right time to join an excited group of fellow members waiting for those doors to open.
    Maybe this is the one we have always been searching for, never finding, always hoping, yet dissappointed and let down when that dream never materialised.
    I can honestly say, for myself, that search is over and I have found a home at last.
