Here you can let us know exactly what kind of scams are possible with paypal. You can also think of possible scams with paypal,which may not have happened till date.

The most famous and frequent scam on paypal is the one which we receive in email stating to click on a link to avoid being penalized by paypal for some activity we did previously which would mostly be a phishing link which will lead to a scam site and will collect your personal info and rob you out!

One scam is when you sell any product to buyer, he give money in advance but what if he issue a claim to paypal and tell lie to paypal that he didnt got any product from you and got scammed. In that condition paypal is with him. But you can give some proof to paypal and secure your transaction.

I think there is nothing wrong with PayPal..:p

This is really risky and quite expected matter. In order to provide proof of transaction you must follow the guidelines of selling, which are not easy to fulfill like insurance of your product, use particular postal services to send your article, etc... what you think about it?
