Update about payments:

Dear investors.

Today when cronjob was running to set pending I discovered a major problem in the script. After pending was set, it showed up twice in back office. Know we had a lot of pendings, but twice the size was not to be. Good news is that I did not start payments before this was discovered.

Now my main concern is to figure out first why the system acted that way. Next to get it corrected. Right now we have 750 pending payments to sort out. That itself is a huge number. I will update you all when I can survey the size. I am sorry that this will cause waiting for your money, but can not start that part as it is now. However I'm sure that it'll be fixed pretty soon.

Also a good news to follow.

We have found our name for the processor in last A-Team meeting. First I want to thank all the many suggestions sent in. It was overwhelming! Many good offers were sent and by vote we ended up on FoxPay.

I Am Not Supposed To Write This Now As I Have Clear Instructions From My Doctor (and Wife) Not To Turn On A Computer For A While.
I Went Literally Down In Health To A Point Able To Kill A Person. This Is Not By My Purpose Not To Inform Any, What I Will If Able To And Always Did. But My Life Is More Important Than The Surf. Guess I'm Just A Human After All.
Things Went Wrong Already Start Month When Liberty Went Down For A Week, To A Point Scaring Both Me And My Wife..i Know I Told Things Ok, But Truth Was Different. And As I Am I Go On With Things. Then Catastrophes Kept Coming None Stop. Hacker Attacks, Ddos Attacks, On Us And Obviously All Over. But More Happened Than What I Told You, To Spare You For Same Frustrations I Have Been Through.
It's Correct What You Know So Far, But More Is That We Had Several Hacker Attacks On Our Server This Month Putting On Files On The Server So Hacker Was Able To Run Fake Api Payments And Empty Out Our Lr Account Several Times. Host Can Confirm This As I Have Tickets In The System For This Attacks, And Also Able To Show The Hackers Payment From Lr Balance. Lr Also Been Informed, But As Always, No Response At All.
Now At This Point I Still Hope To Recover But Can Not Say How And When. So Far A Good Friend Of Me Handled The Surf Holiday By My Instructions. But He Is Not Able To Make Further As He Don't Know How To Handle The Manual Jobs. Also The Server Is Not Setup And Will Not Before I'm Back. If Things Not Better Very Soon, I Will Have To Close Down The Site, Then Pay Back Invested From Last Upgraded And Backwards. Better Solutions Are Appreciated If You Have Any. But Please Excuse Me That I Don't Reply You For A While. Also Please Speak Together As Team And Try Figure How Much Members Can Be Told And What So You Send The Same Information All Over…

I have thought all day what to post here. I have always tried to tell the truth to everyone, JFox, A-Team and members alike. Here is the truth, as I know it…

For over 8 months, JFox paid members every single day, and you were all quite happy with him then. Then along came DDOS attacks on Liberty Reserve. Some people were not quite so happy then, but most people still waited to see what would happen. Well, what happened was that JFox spent quite a bit of time and effort to make sure his site would endure through Liberty Reserve’s downtime. He did this for himself, and for his members. If he was a scammer, he could have shut the site down right then and said no one could make it back from a payment processor being down for a week. But he came back and he paid everyone what was due them.

The day AFTER he had caught back up on all payments, a hacker got into 14DHS and caused a lot of false pendings to appear in the payouts. This is the audit that JFox was doing, to clear out the false payouts. He informed members, and most of the A-Team, that it was a glitch in the script to spare us the panic of the members and the frustration for the A-Team. Regardless, he was within 2 hours of completing his audit when the site was DDOS attacked and was down for 3 days.

He had already exhausted himself getting things cleared up and getting people paid after the LR downtime. With these new issues to deal with, it just became too much for him to handle. The stress caused him to have a sort of breakdown. His doctor has advised him, for his own health, to stay away from the computer! Despite these warnings, he did come online and send an email to all A-Team members telling us what we now think is the “whole story”. This information was shared with you. You know everything we know at this point.

The A-Team has done nothing more than try to be as helpful as we can. We trust in JFox because he has earned that trust. JFox still has my trust because he has not yet done anything to change that. It is not his fault he is ill. Yes, he tried to do too much all by himself. He should have allowed the A-Team to assist him more than he did. But he is dealing with millions of dollars and thousands of members’ accounts. He felt it was in the best interest of the members to handle all of the transactions himself so he could be sure the funds in all accounts were safe. Hindsight is 20/20, we know that. Perhaps if he were in a similar situation in the future, he would accept assistance.

I truly hope that JFox can take a few days off and then get back to the business of getting 14DHS back on track in some way. If that is not possible, then I do believe he will issue refunds, at least to members who are not in profit. This is what I have asked him to do. In the meantime, calling him names isn’t going to make things any better. Does it make you feel better to call him names? To call the A-team names? To say “I told you so”?

Please, we are all adults here. No one put money into 14DHS with blindfolds on. Everyone knows that nothing can last forever. Yes, I thought, and still do, that 14DHS has the potential to be a great program that will last for years. If I am wrong, then I’m sorry, but I am only a human being. If there is anyone here who had not made a mistake in their life, then please step forward.

JFox thought he could do everything himself. Obviously, he was right for over 8 months, but then he was wrong when so many things had to be done at once. He also is only human.

That is all I have to say on this matter at this time. You have all of the information that I or any of the A-Team have, so asking “when will refunds start” does absolutely no good. When we have any more news from JFox, it will be posted for all members to see. Until then, thank you for your patience and understanding.

It took me 3 hours yesterday and about that same time today. I know that someone was saying in one of the forums that it can all be exported out to excel but I have yet seen that option. I have to go through each members history and copy and paste to a spreadsheet. Then one by one send the payment. Notify each member via email about the payment, then mass email everyone the member numbers.

I have to find a quicker way because this is taking a toll on my day to day business, my family time, and social life. The only reason why I am doing this is because I was asked and saw an opportunity to see people get some of there money back. At that time, I did not see another option for refunds to happen.

I will be looking at different options here in the near future to ease the burdens that I took upon myself and my family.

But until then I will keep pushing through the refunds. It still amazes me to see so many members back in so early. This program has a bright future ahead of itself. Thank you for all the supporting emails.

This is an important update going out to all members, so please read it in its entirety.



The first thing is this. I now have full control of the site, the server and the domain name. This is a very good thing, because without this control, I would never be able to start the process of refunding and rebuilding.



Over the next few days, you will notice the wording changing, the plans changing and just lots of different changes that we will be making to the site, to make it better, more sustainable and healthy. I know that some of the changes not all of you will like, but in order for us to move forward, I must implement some changes.



It looks like I am going to put together a special newscast specifically dedicated to the changes we are going to be doing. Once the newscast is up, I will let everyone know. It will be made available at our monitor. 24SurfMonitor.com



Secondly. Sometime yesterday, there was a bogus email that was sent out. Please disregard this email. Any emails that are sent out, will also be posted in our forum by me or one of my moderators. No one else will be posting any of the updates. So if you receive an email that looks like it "might" be from 14 Days, please make sure and check the forum for confirmation on it.



The site is secure, the server is secure and there are no worries there. Sending out bogus emails is something that alot of people can do. It is not that hard if you know what your doing.



Finally. There are a number of people that have taken it upon themselves to make accusations, and promote falsities about me and about 14 Days Hits.



Let me clarify a couple of things that many of these people just cannot seem to get through their thick heads. I am not JFox, never have been, never will be. My name is Kent. I am not Scott either. Never have been, never will be. I had no ties at all to 14 Days Hits when it was being run by JFox. I wasnt even on the A-Team when he established that. It is pretty simple, and pretty easy to understand, but again, there are some thick headed people that really have no business being in this industry, that just cannot seem to figure this out.



So if you hear rumors about me, or about my staff, or whatever, just dismiss them. There is a group of people that hate everything I stand for, that hate everything I do, and for whatever reason, have taken it upon themselves to try to hurt anything that I do.



But rest assured, I have been through this bashing before, and will probably go through it again. But I give you my word, that I will do everything I possibly can to refund people, and to get 14 Days hits really going strong.
