We have analized why the majority of surfs close down.
It is because some members deposit large amounts of money and then withdraw it without reinvestment.
Because of this there is a rapid decrease of working funds and failure of the program.
That is why from 08.06.2007 there will be 50/50 rule: your payout will be processed only after your
deposit 50% of the sum you want to withdraw.
For example: you withdraw $10, you should deposit $5.
Also we decrease minimal deposit to $0.6
Our calculations allow to increase referral comission to 12% (This rule is temporal until the ending
of Referral Contest. If it shows good results we will implement it on the constant basis).
