Need to clear some things.

The accounts i talked about who i suspended is now activated again.

It seams like a Malaysian ISP ( Celcom.com.my) using same IP for many of there users.

Therefor we have NO other choice than removing all ref commission who comes from those IP's.

Reason is that we have no chance to check if the users from this IP is unique.

I hope you understand this.
