I totally agree with your post and I want to make a correction:

Members have shown Bryan loyalty not only over the past few months, but since 2002 (clone times). I do not believe there is another program having such cooperative, loyal, understanding and patient members.

I have been following this for a while as have many of my friends who invested in this and I think we have to come to the conclusion that it is all gone...the money, website, B&S M, all the "bricks and morter" all of it! I cannot begin to tell you how disapointed I am that this did not work out for all of us how humilliated I feel for thinking that this was for real. Not just because I did not gain financially, but for all the charitable things I could have done with some extra money. We have many people around the world (yes even here in the USA) who do not have enough to eat or a house to sleep in and this program could have been the way to lend the helping hand to those in need. Unfortunatly those helping hands will be unable to do anything unless this program gets back on track. Good luck to all of you involved in this and I hope you have the ability to recover from this with little negative effect of your family.

I think that finally we as a group are starting to see the sad truth and entertain closure. BM, if he really was posting, who knows, but he continues to show a behavior pattern that lead to PIPS downfall. His arrogance and lack of communication contines unabated. PIPs, the advertised LOTTO, no updates on progress with the bank, is indeed a litany
of poor management and failure if not outright incompetence. It is nearly 1 1/2 years since the last pay-out.
I have lost many, many thousands as I am sure others have only with the hope that we could change this world and do some good. Some us gambled not to enrich our lives but to help those who had no future. To endure BM's laments of his condition and his disrespect of his own supporters is, quite frankly, unforegiveable and speaks to the heart of the man's true self. I have no further need to ride this roller coaster nor to feed the ego of what I suppose is really a troll, not Marsden. I suspect that the truth is that he is really either in custody or house arrest and that we have all endured what is in fact the final insult, the final lie. I would expect that what money is available will find its way to the government and the lawyers and Marsden will either be sentenced to a jail term or be compelled to leave the country.
What a ride. Millions promised and we all believed. Even now we still find ourselves hoping against all reason that our dreams will be reborn at the hands of a man who insults us with his arrogance and temper.

I second the wishes of Firefighter5765, good luck to all and my hope is that you all will be able to rise anew like the fabled phoenix and soar to heights yet dreamed of. You all have the power, you just have to believe.

I don't post often, more observe from a distance. In fact by the time I get to the end of this I'll probably wonder why I bothered now.

However, I can't and will not accept that nobody knows Bryan's whereabouts or what's the true latest on the investigations and a realistic timeframe that this should all conclude by. At worst someone, somewhere must know through somebody at BofN or the lawyer or whatever. Nobody, who in the past has always been so upfront in their approach and style, such as Bryan, could not have discussed some of this with someone else besides Sharon. Think of ourselves as individuals, whilst some of us can be quite tightlipped, we still have a need when worrying or in trouble to talk to somebody else besides our spouses.

How on earth could a man that makes his face known throughout the world, just disappear? Is he still alive? (Don't laugh at that question, as I'm sure some of you will). Think about it, there were a lot of people on the old forum, promoting how great the program was, how they'd pulled out of their retirement funds and invested it all into PIPs (because "THEY BELIEVED"). One chap in particular, was it flyfishing or something like that from the UK???, used to get really most unnecessarily unpleasant towards anyone questioning PIPs integrity, pay structure and so on. If I recall, wasn't he the one who stated "his father started his account, he watched and then plumped a whole lot of his own money in on top"?

Like I said, there appeared to be a lot of people that put in several thousands of dollars, and I'm pretty confident, unless of course they got paid some way or another, (speculate all you want on that score!!!) that they would take all this, for this long, lying down.

Another thing, when you came back Marek, something seemed to have changed with you, attitude wise about all this. I notice several people questioned why? and for the several days following your letter to Bryan and contacting BofN I never noticed you answer these type of questions. If you have since I apologise for asking, but I usually only check this forum when you email us of an update, which hasn't been for quite some time.

So in conclusion: Is Bryan still alive and if so where? More than one person knows his whereabouts for sure? What about the Lawyer? Where did the BM Fund Money Go To that was collected? Somebody must know somebody in BofN to get some off the record info? Why would a man so prominently put his face out there worldwide at the high risk of what we all know could happen and then get away with something like this for so long????

Something's really really wrong with this whole picture, and whilst the vast majority will accept the loss in this hyip world, I'm more than confident that there's some out there that would want blood quite literally.

Where can we go to from here to ascertain some of these answers. THERE'S GOT TO BE SOMEBODY AND SOMEWHERE TO FIND OUT.

Oh by the way, I personally don't have cause to complain, and I'm not, just frustrated more than anything that there's so much talk and so little action. Words are cheap I've always been told. I'm one of those fortunate ones that got a bit more than they invested. Same as GR, which now seems to have "detrimental" issues, however, that's not the point. The point is: why are these people continually shattering others dreams, hopes and well being.

Come on guys, lets put some of our energies into positivity, and DO something rather than keep talking about it. There's got to be reliable members that live closer to the source. Also Marek can you please explain why your attitude changed when it did after you returned? Really would appreciate knowing why bud.

Perhaps you are right Tom; however, if the bank has an on going investigation what can Bryan report? Sure it would be nice to here from him but what would that accomplish? Also, perhaps he was told not to contact the members! Which to me would be appropriate in this type of investigation? I feel that he is waiting until he has something to report, and is cleared to do so, before releases information. I don't see why he would be in jail after all he was up front about PIPS being was a high risk program; and if our accounts were frozen by the government of Malaysia what could he do about it? Except sit back and be quiet. Like you I wish the best for all PIPS members but I would give up yet since the only think we are losing is time, and most of government investigations are known take two or three years before settlement. Look at the Liddy case, he still has another year before his trial even starts and it may be delayed. Remember Bryan said things should be better by next Christmas not next March {Quote} calgirl

I suffered a lot cuz of this. Shouldn't have put too much trust in it. I do hope everything is / still is real and will eventually work out but I'm young and I've been living 2 years on false hopes. That was kinda desgusting. Anyway - best wishes to Bryan and everyone else.
