Its apparent that you obviously dont believe in the importance of communication, good news bad news or no news, i think thats sad.
Given all of the problems there has been due to the lack of communication
while pips was running and the current problems you have'nt learned your lesson
which sheds doubt in my mind as to the success of any kind of restructure
if it were to ever happen.

Just a quickie. Got into PIPS via GoldenWomb because a friend helped me and didn't regret it at all despite the rollercoaster ride. Biggest problem was my bank this end pinching the money I was getting out of PIPS. Can't wait for PIPS to come back - I do believe it will be back sooner rather than later, I trust and then I will be clear of debt - ole!!

Things are always darkest before the breakthough. Hang in there Bryan & Sharon. It would be nice for you just to say Hi. Even though you feel you have nothing to say, mingling on the board with us will help the negative and jittery pipsters. We DO support you and my prayers go with you and Sharon.

I am/was a new member of pips when it disappeared. I put in and got nothing out and also helped a friend of mine and his wife get in as well.
I am on a disability pension ( and no I am not crying before y'all start typing to me). I am embarassed to even tell my friends what is going on here. they are concerned about their money as well.. and no, before anyone comments, we did not put in more than we could afford.
people put in more than they could afford for a couple of reasons, ranigng from greed to life security based on the economy today. Some put in more than they could afford out of fear or just plain gambling on making enough to be comfortable. whatever the reason, people are all different intheir needs and the way they have run/built their life and homes.
if all what has been said about BM's situation is true, then I feel for them. I cannot afford to offer financial support to them or anyone else as they took the same chances I did, except they did it with our money in an effort to build both of our financial station in life to something better than it presently is. so sorry BM, I cant help as my money goes for my own home. and yes forum members, I got hit by the hurricanes, the economy and all of what you have listed here.. I am not going to say prayers, offer condolences or anything else in this matter, which may or may not fall on deaf ears. I will not swear to BM that I will go to the local wal Mart and dictate the PIPS creed of support with the door gretter either. I will continue to live my life as I did before PIPS.
I have never gotten anything out of PIPS, but as I said only put in, and i am still standing by here to see what comes of this dilemma. and ACTUALLY i dont even know what the dilemma IS... but I still wait..
this is my FIRST post on here as well.
I will say this though being a retired upper member of Management, in a fortune 500 company:

1) communication is ALWAYS best when dealing with large numbers of people.

2) Everyone is different and some will think negatively and others positively

3) There will be the criers, the loud mouths, the passive ones and everything in between.

4) a GOOD member of Management will address ALL the above in statements as to company progress etc, whether good or bad.

5) Nothing has been addressed as to whether ANY of our money continues to work and/or build while this is going on.

6) nothing has been mentioned if OUR money is being taken by lawyers, banks, investigators or anything else.

7) BM states that monies are being taken by the lawyers... Does that include OUR money we invested as well ?

8) If there is such a problem with the banks, investigators or whoever in this country, has anyone addressed the possibility of moving things to a different country when and if this is over ?

There has been many posts on here ranging from support to accusations. I will do NEITHER. I ONLY ask that we be kept in the "loop" and kept abreast of what our money is doing, being spent on etc. I do not want to hear, after this is over, "well folks it is all over now and we are clear and free, BUT, all the money you invested was spent in the investigations so we have to start over".
I would like updates as I believe that is the prudent thing to do or BM can assign someone close to the investigation to provide information to the "shareholders" , if you will
ADDITIONALLY, with all the Large corporations going bankrupt here from fraud and other things from CEO abuse, I can see why there are some questions/concerns, dont you ?
I believe Marek was correct in his actions for the lack of communication from the only one who knows, which would be BM. Any negative feedback towards BM was brought on by the LACK of communication, so to address that and prevent it from continuing, the only real thing to do would be to STAY in communication. YOU, BM , are the CEO... but WE, are the investors and have a right to know, whether good or bad.. You run it, we support it... real simple..
i will continue to watch the posts to find out whether or not PIPS will surface again . I will NOT cry, whine, accuse or anything else in this forum. I will, however, request that from past experience and also from past messages on here, the prudent thing to do would be to COMMUNICATE.
For the sake of us all I do not wish PIPS to go south, but also have a concern as to this lotto thing and it seems that BM is running into the same problem with it as he did with PIPS with regard to programmers, employees or whatever.. this seems a bit strange to me that there are the same problems here as with PIPS. does that mean BM is hiring the wrong people ? trusting the wrong people ? I dont know.. BUT what I do know, is that some of the important questions go unanswered... Those I would like to see answered in this forum..

Nice to hear from you Bryan.

There are a lot of good folk on this forum who do honestly care about your safety and well being. I hope you can pop in now and then and and loosen some of those daily pressures. We are still family, and have been for a long time. We do worry for you.
