I declare myself to be ignorant about investment. I think that's why I and many others trusted theif funds to Pips. It seems obvious to me and many others that Pips was very vulnerable to complainers who messed everything up. What is not clear to me is why when this problem was detected back in January last year, with plenty of time to fix this issues, there was always something coming up (I am not infering anything wrong about Bryan or the administration)...Why the restructure took so long just in time for a new complaint to a Bank that has the power to "harm" the funds of so many people. What will happen if they decide that was something wrong with Pips?? Can they just "steal" our funds?? (Again not infering anything wrong about Bryan and the administration)...I believe in focusing in positive things (keeping in mind what we really desire)...That's why I suggest to focus on something else that feels good...For now, I am not participating in the lotto...If Pips comesback, then I will be one of the most zealous promoters of this...Thanks

It was really good to see Bryan's post even if it is the same thing that he has been trying to get acrossed to the hard headed ones since he started posting on the ROL Club. I find it hard to understand why people (in many cases the same people over and over again) have to keep asking the same questions that Bryan has already posted an answer to. Bryan has also stated many times that he can't give any more information until the investigation is over. What is so hard to understand about that statement? All any of us can do is wait until the investigation is completed in all aspects and the equipment and records returned to Bryan. Once he has everything back it will take time to get it all reconnected and the restructured program loaded and merged with the database so that it can be put back online.

I joined PIPS in Dec 04 just when the problems were starting. I did go to Hawaii and met Bryan and many other Pipsters there. I was impressed with Bryan's devotion to PIPS and giving aid to those in need. I have not lost faith in Bryan or PIPS and am sure that PIPS will be back better and stronger than ever.

It is a concentrated effort by those that want Pips to fail to get Bryan to say anything that is not supposed to be talked about while the investigation is ongoing. That information would then be reported back to BoN or other authorities. If Bryan were ever to divulge any of what is going on prior to the end of the investigation it would be used against all of us to lengthen the investigation, or worse yet, cause it to result in a permanent closure of the Pips enterprise.

I always saw a paradox in Bryan's post regarding PIPS, on one hand he guarantees that it will be back, on the other hands all is laying in BN hands. I will try to believe that the outcome will be positive despite the paradox.

1) WOW....A GUARENTEE in writing..............this is good news....AS LONG as the "restructured" PIPS is NOT the lotto/matrix.

I also assume that this means that ALL with Pips Inc has been cleared since otherwise it would be IMPOSSIBLE to "guarentee" the PIPS comeback in ANY form as BM has just done here on a "public" forum "in writing"!

2) I am still confused as to how he is so sure that PIPS has been cleared that he has guarenteed a comeback with everything still in BoN's hands......I mean he claims that all is still in BoN's hands, and that the "decision" supposedly hasnt been made yet, but yet he "guarentees" the comeback........I am even more confused now than before, but hey we got a written guarentee here .....so I will accept that and we will continue to wait and see.... .....(as long as the restructured PIPS is NOT that lotto/matrix thing!!)

The answer to this is YES in a restructured form.

2. When will PIPS be back.

This cannot be determined as this is still in the hands of BN to complete and return everything. When everything is returned, it will not be a case that PIPS will be back the next day, there will be an awful lot of work to do to rebuild the datacentre and get all the documents back in order.
