Great post :) It absolutely states what the majority out there feels. This new gambling site is just BS if you ask me. Clearly Bryan has no intentions on paying us out the outstandig funds we do have, or to open up the old accounts.

And the fact that he never ever gives us an update on whats actually happening with the picpay funds or the BoN investigation is a real pain in the a**....

this was prob the crappies update ever from Bryan...

Where did you get this idea from Lars1?

Bryan has told over and over again that he will raise Pips back as soon as it is released. It's your fantasy - and a negative one - that he don't intend to pay us back.

He have alos told us - several times already - that he cannot tell as much as he wants because of all those who want to destroy Pips. And he cannot tell what BN don't tell him about either or his lawyers tell him not to talk about before the case is over. It is normal in every case where lawyers are involved. We cannot be given an update before BN are ready to release some news or Bryan is given the permission to tell.

Bryan are now trying to do something positive while we are waiting. That's all. All those ideas people have about Bryan planning not to pay us back are totally wrong ideas.

IMHO, Let me get this straight. I invested in a company, that did not live up to their promise, and for that, I am supposed to tell them that I am grateful for all of their hard work?

Is there even the remotest possibility that I would be even a little bit sane if I gave the guy more money?

You actually want to pray for a guy that accepted your money, then told you for a year that it wasn't his fault, but third parties, that he could not give your money back?

My suggestion would be, GET A JOB. GET A LIFE.

As for those who say we had no right to expect something for nothing??? The hard-earned money people put in was not "nothing", no matter how small or large the amount. In the PIPS disclosure it mentioned risk, and any investor (yes, we were investors even though we "loaned" our money) knows there is always some risk, whether it be a new business, the stockmarket, even real estate. HOWEVER, the disclosure indicated the risk was either in the possibility of world economic collapse, or problems with the investments themselves (as in trading, which clearly has high risk at times). It was NOT suggested the risk was in PIPS inability to honor payments once the returns were actually made.

Sure, obstacles arose that were not anticipated. However, we have never received any real explanation as to what happened (there was an endless stream of excuses that in the end just didn't add up, IMO), and even worse, as has been mentioned in a couple other posts in this thread, Bryan has never even really apologized for what has turned into an entire year of non-payment! So, for those who want to trash, criticize, and put down those who have lost faith or question a lot of things, get real! People have every right to be frustrated and even angry. Why is it okay (in some people's opinion) for Bryan to come in here and yell and swear shortly after he presents his new idea (which is asking for more money and for people to promote something when he's failed to pay us for a year) because some didn't like it or didn't understand it, but for those who haven't been paid for a year they have no right to get angry?

I apologize if this sounds harsh, but I am so fed up with the judgemental garbage of those who worship Bryan and cannot step back and look at the whole picture and understand why a lot of members are frustrated, disillusioned, and pessimistic, which is pretty realistic, IMO.

Don't give up!! Most of these people that say unkind things are just not aware of what it takes. They could not even comprehend what you have to go through to get this back. They also cannot imagine how BN will finish the investigation on their terms and that you can't push that. It's just ignorance. Don't take it personal. A lot of us do understand and we don't say much because we try to just leave you alone and let you get things worked out. You have a large support group and we will wait patiently for whatever it takes. Take care of your health and ignore the nonsense on the forum.

It's just a little investment...so if you think it's all washed up, write it off and move on. We don't need all your negative remarks either. Why do you care if we still believe in someone and support them? If you don't...just don't come on here any more and go invest elsewhere. You buy stock...it takes a dive...you don't sit and call the company or write and berate them endlessly, you just write it off in your portfolio and try something else. Maybe someday you'll get a surprise and it will all make a comeback. You should certainly know that the higher the return...the greater the risk. Go put your money in a CD...it will be safe.

I'm very glad to see any part of PIPS come back! Stay the course and perhaps by Christmas 06 we'll have a new program going and we will all be singing its praises in some exotic location. I had such a good time with PIPS, the memories of you all are priceless. And Bryan always kept it real with everyone (his head did not get blown out of proportion by all the adoration members expressed for him). Everything takes time and effort. If PIPS comes back good. If we do something else - better because we will avoid the old problems and mistakes. So welcome back PIPS aid lotto!!!
