The back office to FP is very good. I have used the private messenger to send out info to all in my downline.

I kept all email addresses of all the previous Free members so I can keep contact once a week with updates for them to make a decision on becoming a paid member By doing this 4 joined recently as paid.

The new look and feel makes tracking a breeze.

Good Morning

With all the excitement of things coming together in regard to backoffice functions and all the PMs and emails for help I recieve , there just was'nt time to put together any info on how the Real Estate end was doing.

I'm always curious and excited to pick Brian's brain about where we are going and how well we are doing as a Real Estate Venture. It seems that new Avenues open up continually for us as to creativity in the Real estate Sales end.

Brian has other Real Estate ventures unrelated to FantasticPay and with private partners. Again these are entirely separate and have been around for some time now. Much of these are comercial Speculation and such with Regard to big real estate transactions. But on the Real Estate front here with FantasticPay , we have made money on the same properties over and over. What happens is that a buyer liked the idea of FantasticPay's concept so much that they asked if we could sell their house they just bought at a higher rate. Our answer of course was sure. So we've sold these properties again for a higher profit. The Seller got his few thousands and we got ours and the happy new buyer got what they wanted.

So apparently we will most likely be dabbling in the Real Estate Speculation area as well. Why Not ! Brian mentioned that our reputation and concept are catching on up there in Ontario , Canada and that starting Monday he will be gone for a week setting up a couple more offices in key regional areas of the Ontario Province. The Steam Locomotive here is really gathering up more steam. There are several key areas of the Untied States that are ripe for our type of Concept and Real Estate Target Market. But still we need to develope most of Canada first. It will take some time to set up the legal entities and corporation status necessary for doing business down there.

Other Real estate markets we are looking at are the selling of Condos as these are also a lower price range item. Very popular of course in the USA. A little less so in Canada , but people still need a down payment for these as well.

Many have asked about the change in investment rates and when and if these will occur. Yes , they will definitely take place. As to the time for doing this , I cannot say. But those who have first come on board with the rates we have now will be rewarded for life on these. At the moment we have all the money we need for our transactions, but this next week business will be expanding and so the investment process will be opened again by this weekend. What I'm saying here is that we have not needed new funds and so any new investment funds have'nt been necessary. But it will be opened again by this weekend.

They reality is that Brian has been continually contacted by big operators who want to invest huge sums of money, but he has resisted this because of the original FantasticPay concept which offers a great return for the little guy. Many have actually gone to Ontario to meet with him and have seen the operation and how it works. There are still some of us who question how he can offer and guarantee these returns. Well he can and the big guys have seen it first hand. All we can say is do a small spend or sit on the sidelines if you wish for a few months and simply observe the process of the company's progress. Then decide if it's for you.

The Due Diligence on this company has never been so easy here. Many of us have done the leg work here. Myself included, otherwise I would'nt be here now. Many in Canada have gone to see Brian Lindback and yes he is a real person. Definitely not one of these hidden Admins from most of these Ponzi schemes of the Gold Coder Script websites and the Katz Global hosting we're all too familiar with and of which many of you have been burned by. So sit back and have fun with this one. The network portion is up to you. Remember that we as a company are not making anything from that. That is simply a service for you to gain from and perhaps create an investment nest egg to put into the company. This networking part of the opportunity is at this point not necessary for us any longer, but it will always be kept in place for your benefit.

Its really worth a serious look....or even a second look!!

It took me a bit to understand the entire program (Yes....I can be abit sloooow sometimes! LOL!)

i finally got back in. cant believe u have to report ur investment in time or u dont get the plan u originally signed up for. i turned in my investment info but 5 days now and it is still pending. is anyone else having this problem?

From what I can gather....as long as they have the info, you should be fine.

Hi Jimmy,

As long as you have the information from your investment all is fine.

EVERYONE needs to go to the forum for updated information on a regular basis. Just going to your FANTASTIPAY website is NOT ENOUGH. Too many questions are raised and tickets for support are being made and BACKING up progress; when MOST of the information needed to answer questions is right on the forum.

Sometime this week alot most issues will iron out.

Hi everyone

I've been a little absent from here for the past 5 days. However the good news is , all support tickets have been answered and closed or a few left open so that I get some feed back on some problems. The support area was a disaster. The answers were never satisfactory and I could understand many folks complaint and upset. Well that's finished now.

Some complaint goes around to everybody Company and members alike. Many things that went wrong could'nt be anticipated or avoided and other things many members brought on themselves. For many members the communication has been the biggest problem. Of course we had problem with emails coming back to us. Others have never heard of our forum and I directed most over here as I feel we have a real good member base and most folks here are more than willing to help out. I know I've learn alot here.

For those who have been disappointed or impatient about the verification process, you just don't have any idea the amount of management here of thousands of members investments to track and many like myself who have multiple investments. Some of the problem however were hundreds of mistakes in reporting the investments. That takes even more time in research as we don't want anyone to loose out here. My first priority was helping in login issues, second was investing issues and 3rd was Veification issues in that order.

Many questions about folks concern with regard to the crazy dates that came up. That was a unique feature that was incorporated into the reporting process to catch peoples mistakes and it worked as it would automatically go to Default when something was wrong. The extreme 1970 & 1969 dates were the trigger for the staff to know that something was amiss. Clever Wink Then there was the other reporting trigger when someone made a mistake in reporting the investment amount and it would always Default to $10 Again Clever Wink So even I learned something here. Don't worry about having to report over or the mistakes that some of you made as these mistakes will be deleted.

Anyway things are moving along smoother now. For all those who are members before the changes, Brian says everyone will be pleasently surprized by our Fantastic announcement here on the forum and maybe the website. He would'nt tell me even what that was , but as he said , it'll be Fantasic and that is all he could say for now. So i'm as excited as you are I hope. He'll also have the new rates and terms to post for us. Also some news about the verification process. The announcement will be posted sometime late Wednesday the 5th of July, so get ready for further FireWorks here.

I'd really like to thank all the positive members for all their help here as it made my and G-Mans job alot easier. Also brians's job easier as well. This whole project is really our company. Brian did tell me one thing about the announcement tho. It will perhaps quiet down all the naysayers out there. Well we'll see Very Happy
