Major Updates – August 15th 2006

Dear Valued Investors, Swiss Financial Planners and Consultants,


After going through a tremendous success of growth in the past 16 months, reaching a total Investor base of more than a 100,000; the management has decided to made the following upgrading to our system for the benefit of all.

1. To change our Beneficiary Bank for SwissCash Investors from Federal Bank of the Middle East Ltd (FBME) to Barclays Bank Plc, one of the top United Kingdom’s Bank. This implementation should bring into higher efficiency and decrease the pending period for Investors who has Wire the Fund to our platform.

2. Daily Interest Payout (DIP) – As of now, an investor needs to maintain a daily balance of USD1, 000 so as to enjoy DIP benefit. We had decided to bring it down to USD100 so that almost all Investor may enjoy this benefit. However, the term remains that for any investor to enjoy DIP, he must still invest an accumulated SIP worth of USD1, 000 in total.

3. Out-Going Money Transfer Procedure has been upgraded to be more efficient and secured;

A. Favorite Beneficiary Account – Every Investor who wants to do an Out-Going Money Transfer/Cash Withdrawal to their local bank account MUST first register the Beneficiary Account. An Investor may register up to five (5) Beneficiaries at any one time. Beneficiary may be own account holder name or 3rd Party. The 6th Beneficiary Account Payee onwards will be charged USD10.00 each.

B. Whenever an Investor wishes to perform an Out-Going Money Transfer, he/she only need to select any of the Beneficiary Account that he/she has set up earlier and key-in the amount he/she wanted to transfer. Request to own (same name as SwissCash Trading Account Name) is free (similar to now) but Request to 3rd Party Account will be charged USD50 per transaction.

C. Minimum Out-Going Money Transfer Request has been changed from USD100 to USD500. Bank Charges and Co-Responding Bank Charges in the range of USD30-50 for each Out-Going Money Transfer have made those requests of less than USD500 receiving a net amount that is not economically beneficial on their behalf. With the minimum DIP brought to USD100, this will greatly benefit all investors in all way.

4. A Transaction Authorization PIN (TAP) will be launched. This is a free optional security feature for any SwissCash Account Holder. Upon setting up a TAP, all transactions such as Internal Transfer and Out-Going Money Transfer would require the account holder to also key in their correct TAP before the transaction can be proceeded. This is a 2nd level security enhancement in the event that your Trading Account password is breached. We strongly advise all Investors to register a TAP though it is not compulsory at this moment.

Updating Process

Dear Investors,

As per announced on August 11th, 2006 with regards to the major updates, we will be carrying out the system updating process on August 15th, 2006 from 9:00 GMT to 11:00 GMT.

During the time of updating process, investors will not be able to access their trading account as the message "Website Under Maintenance" will be shown on your browser.

We would like to apologize on the inconvenience caused.

Dear Investors,

Current investors that opts for this service will be required to provide a TAP with a minimum of 6 and maximum of 25 characters that contains only numbers and alphabets and is case sensitive. You will be prompted to randomly enter certain details contained within your TAP.

For example:

The TAP you have registered is “ Successful “, you could be prompted to enter characters 3, 5 and 9 of your TAP where by :

4- c
5- e
6- s
7- s
8- f
9- u
10- l

Therefore, you would have to enter c, e and u.
Please bear in mind that TAP is case sensitive and capital letter has to be entered in where it is applicable.
