I've noticed that after taking a shower and getting to work my face is puffy. Holding a refrigerated coke can on my face helps and I feel great afterwards. Kinda reminded me of American Psycho when Bateman is describing his morning routine which includes an ice mask.
This sparked an interest in cryotherapy for me.
One company I saw advertised that the benefits include weight loss, reducing inflammation, pain relief, anti-aging, and recovering muscles/bones quicker.
Has anyone tried it? How much does it cost in your region? Worth it? How frequently do you go?
Any advice/tips for noobs?

When I first heard about cryotherapy, my attitude was rather skeptical. Then an unpleasant incident occurred, I sprained my ankle and couldn't get rid of the pain. I accidentally stumbled upon this article to speed up your recovery with cryo and decided to sign up. The effect was immediate, the pain in my ankle was gone and my overall health improved! In my city, cryotherapy costs from $50-$70, depending on the clinic and the number of procedures. I recommend that you sign up for the procedure as soon as possible, especially if you have problems.
