Anyone ever try Cryotherapy?

I've noticed that after taking a shower and getting to work my face is puffy. Holding a refrigerated coke can on my face helps and I feel great afterwards. Kinda reminded me of American Psycho when Bateman is describing his morning routine which includes an ice mask.
This sparked an interest in cryotherapy for me.

Has anyone tried it? How much does it cost in your region? Worth it? How frequently do you go?
