Considering that employees and students now have to work and study at home, I find it strange that home repairs are still allowed.

Adjusting to staying at home for work or study is already a daunting task. Unnecessary noise and distractions from the neighboring house being repaired can cause severe stress and suffering for those who need a calm environment for effective work.

Since it is forbidden to have lunch in cafes and restaurants, it is very difficult to find another place to work.

My daughter, who is preparing for her final exams, has a very difficult time concentrating and participating in online classes due to drilling, hammering and hacking coming from the apartment upstairs.

What excuse is there for a minority of neighbors to rush to complete repairs when the majority have no choice but to endure the incessant noise as they have to stay at home?

Discuss this situation with your neighbors. Let them renovate their house on weekends or whenever you're not at home (if you have a schedule).
